Beautiful hotel about 2 blocks from UP Philadelphia Perleman Center. The hotel has Valet parking. Hotel and Valet staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant is Louie Louie, and the food and service are great. Wait staff are personable and very efficient. I only gave 4 stars because the coffee, creamers, and teas weren't refilled one day. I did call the front desk and asked for more for the room but only received creamers and teas. At that point it was late, and I did not pursue it further. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

Mar 27, 2025 · Virginia BresslerWe recently stayed in a standard room on the third floor at The Inn at Penn, a Hilton Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the water pressure was incredibly low, which was disappointing—especially since my daughter is an athlete and needed to soak in the tub. Unfortunately, it took forever to fill and never actually did. Additionally, the water temperature never got hotter than warm, which wasn’t ideal. Aside from the water issue, the hotel itself was great, with a convenient location and a nice atmosphere. If they could improve the water pressure and temperature, it would make the stay even better!
Feb 03, 2025 · K HansenI checked out this morning around 8 AM, and unfortunately, this was my worst hotel experience to date. This was my first time staying at a Hilton property, and I had high expectations, especially since I was in town for my child’s medical appointment at CHOP. Positives: The only highlight of my stay was the valet supervisor, Luis. He was kind, courteous, and truly made an effort to provide great service. Hilton needs more employees like him who make guests feel welcome. Negatives: • Unwelcoming Check-In Experience: Upon arrival, the front desk staff made me feel as though I didn’t belong. Their demeanor was cold, and I immediately felt uncomfortable—so much so that I considered sleeping in my car instead. • Unsanitary Room Conditions: Upon entering our room, I pulled back the sheets to find black and yellow stains along with hair. I called the front desk to request new sheets, but the communication was poor, and the agent’s tone made me feel even more unwelcome. • Unprofessional Handling of Issues: After discussing the situation with my mother-in-law (who had booked the stay), she called the hotel to express concerns. Shortly after, I received a call from an employee named Dino, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he insisted on moving us to another room—even though my son was already asleep. Despite my objections, he continued to push for a room change in a tone that was abrupt and unprofessional. • Shocking Lack of Cleanliness: The next morning, as I stripped the bed to make it easier for housekeeping, I was horrified to discover bloodstains on my pillow. This experience was beyond unacceptable, especially for a Hilton property. I was already dealing with the stress of my child’s medical needs, and the lack of cleanliness and poor treatment from staff only made the situation worse. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the hygiene and customer service issues at this location. Would not recommend, and I will not be returning.
Feb 25, 2025 · Carol SoltrenGreat service from Deno. This amazing gentleman consistently exemplifies exceptional first class service at the Inn at Penn front desk. He sensed that I had a long day and blessed me and sent a fruit and cheese platter to my room. I’m grateful that The Inn at Penn is part of the Hilton family of hotels..They represent the Hilton brand well. See you again for the Penn Relays!
Apr 06, 2025 · Sandra RozierThis marks my inaugural visit to both the hotel and the city, and I must say, it possesses a unique and remarkable character. During my time here, I experienced a sense of belonging, with a team that was consistently supportive and welcoming. The hotel is strategically positioned amidst numerous coffee shops, libraries, and grocery stores, ensuring you are conveniently close to all essential amenities. Observing the students immersed in their studies evokes a sense of nostalgia, transporting you back to that pivotal time filled with memorable experiences. I appreciated my stay and want to extend my gratitude to Amy for her exceptional hospitality. Her assistance in addressing my enquiries and providing valuable advice was instrumental in enhancing my experience.
