If you are on a tight budget, and do not care about addicts hanging around, book a room here. Booked back in April, and they lost the reservation. Our first room wasn't even clean and no exaggerating, the tub had cigarette burns all over it. Middle of July and the pool is closed. The stairs need some repairs. Spend the extra 40-50 bucks on a good, safe room somewhere else.

Guests can typically expect complimentary Wi-Fi in both guest rooms and public areas, allowing for internet connectivity. A 24-hour front desk is available for assistance with check-in, check-out, and other inquiries. For those traveling with vehicles, free self-parking is provided on-site. The hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, which is generally open from April to September, offering a place for guests to relax and cool off during warmer months. It aims to offer a practical and affordable lodging option for travelers on a budget. The presence of a seasonal outdoor pool is a notable feature for leisure travelers during the appropriate seasons. Its accessible location near the airport and major interstate makes it a functional choice for those passing through or needing quick access to transportation hubs. The allowance of pets is another appealing feature for travelers who wish to bring their furry companions along. The availability of free Wi-Fi and ample parking further contributes to the convenience offered to guests.
While Americas Best Value Inn positions itself as a budget-friendly option, it is important for prospective guests to manage their expectations, especially when consulting the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform. Online reviews from real customers present a mixed picture, highlighting some areas that may require consideration. Some past guests have reported issues with cleanliness, including cigarette burns on linens and tubs, and instances of rooms smelling of smoke or marijuana, even in non-smoking designated areas. There have been mentions of maintenance concerns, such as the pool being closed during peak season, stairs needing repairs, and issues with plumbing or outlets in rooms. Cockroaches have also been reported in some instances. Customer service experiences have varied, with some guests finding the night front desk staff to be friendly and helpful, while others have described interactions with day staff as less pleasant or unhelpful. Guests have also noted instances of reservations being lost or not honored as initially booked.
For budget-conscious travelers, the hotel's lower price point can be a significant draw. However, the recurring themes in negative reviews regarding cleanliness, potential for unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues suggest that a stay here might be a compromise on comfort and amenities for the sake of cost savings. Potential guests should weigh these factors carefully, perhaps considering if spending an additional $40-50 for a potentially cleaner and more reliably maintained room elsewhere might align better with their expectations for a safe and comfortable stay. Promotional information typically highlights the free Wi-Fi, seasonal outdoor pool, pet-friendly policy, and convenient location, emphasizing the core value propositions. It is advisable for users of "Hotels Near Of Me" to look at the most recent reviews and perhaps contact the hotel directly to confirm specific amenities and policies before booking, especially if certain features like the pool are crucial to their stay. While the hotel aims to offer value, the customer feedback suggests that the guest experience can be inconsistent and may not meet the expectations of all travelers.

Jul 14, 2018 路 Amanda StewartThis place was horrible! The first room they put us in (a non smoking room) stunk like smoke and like mariguana. It was so bad we asked to change rooms, the second room wasn't much better. It smelled of smoke and when you stepped into the tub it had water under the tub itself. When you move in it it ripples like walking in water. All the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns on them. There were also cockroaches. The night front desk person was nice, but the day guy wasn't so much. He watched me get coffee and made comments on the amount of powdered creamer I used(I guess I was limited even though I didn't get much). All in all I would stay clear of the place. I wouldn't stay thete again for free let alone paying.
Apr 09, 2016 路 Eddy BIt was awful! There were roaches! Also had nasty carpet and old uncomfortable, squeaky beds. There was a large gap under the door for the bugs to come in. The worse part was that there was only one wash cloth for 2 people and when we ask the front desk for one more he was very rude and said he could not give us one then told my husband he was not allowed to walk outside with his shirt off. We had just left the pool! This place was a nightmare!
Jul 11, 2014 路 Danielle EspyAlright, this is gonna be long. So grab your popcorn. First off, when we first called, they gave us a discount because of our situation. (The air conditioner broke at hour house so we wanted a cheap hotel until they could fix it) I now know why they did it... So! When we first walked into the room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a no smoking room. (Not to mention they laid out an ash tray, again, it was a non smoking room!). My sister got her own room right next to us. Her room smelled like cat urine. When we first called, they said "We have just deep cleaned that room! We ripped out there carpets and replaced them!" Lies! When we walked on the carpets they CRUNCHED. It was disgusting. Next, roaches! We mostly found them in the mini fridge (which was disgusting by the way), but we also found them by the bed, on the dresser, and on the walls. The tv didn't work, and some one stole a dresser drawer. Our mom tried to call us, but in my room, some one had also stolen the room phone. Now, back to my sister's room. In the bathroom, a horrid smell erupted from up. We discovered that, what I think, was vomit in this bathtub. Even without it, the bathtub was cracked and has orange and green stains all over it. Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Beds also had cigarette burns, along with the sheets. My sisters room was much the same except for the bathtub thing. Overall, please don't go!!! Rooms are gross and it is a very trashy hotel. Go to comfort suites or La Quinta inn across the street! Take my word, this place is terrible! I'd give 0 stars if possible. Take care and do not come to this hotel 馃
Aug 28, 2016 路 will kasperUmmmm 2 words,,,, BED BUGS!!!! ROOM 206... In the middle of the night I was awoken to a sudden urge to scratch all over. I went to the mirror and I had 4 bites on my neck 3 on my left arm, and about a half a dozen on my right leg. I went back to the bed and immediately woke up my fiance. He grabbed the cell phone and turned off the lights, site enough he found 5 bed bugs no problem... We such them in the little plastic cups and went to the front desk. The guy said he couldn't refund my money!!! I gave him the cup with the bed bugs in it... Only when I threatened to call the health department did he agree that a refund was necessary.. Save yourself the trouble spend the extra $15 and go to the comfort suites across the road!!! Oh BTW this happened just about an hour ago it's 3/17/16 12:02 am .. I'm still calling the BBB and the health department in the morning!!! And my account had better have my refund on it!!! Now I have at least 24 hours of healing simply because they couldn't clean their rooms properly!! Ugh
