We loved our 7 night stay. Super comfy beds, linens and pillows. Very clean, great location, and honestly the best staff. They were so helpful! The breakfast was pretty good and having coffee and tea available in the lounge all day was great. The one thing I will say is the king suite could use some kind of dining table and maybe more furniture for sitting around, but that’s my only criticism. We will for sure be staying here again!

Arcadian Hotel Introduce

For those navigating the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform category in search of comfortable, clean, and conveniently located accommodations in the Boston metropolitan area, The Arcadian Hotel in Brookline, MA, emerges as a highly commendable choice. Located at 1200 Beacon St, Brookline, MA 02446, USA, with a phone number of (857) 405-0990 and mobile phone +1 857-405-0990, this hotel consistently receives praise for its key offerings, making it a strong contender for various types of travelers.

The environment surrounding The Arcadian Hotel is a significant draw. Situated in Brookline, it offers the appeal of a "quiet neighborhood" while still providing exceptional connectivity to Boston's bustling attractions. Guests frequently highlight that the "T is right out the front door" – referring to the St. Marys Street MBTA Subway Station (Green Line C Branch), which offers seamless access to downtown Boston, Fenway Park, Boston University (less than a mile away), and other key areas. This public transportation access makes it incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers to explore the city without the need for a car. The immediate vicinity also boasts a "community felt safe" and offers "lots of businesses nearby for quick shopping, essentials and gifts," along with "some great restaurants within walking distance," ensuring guests have easy access to dining and retail options. These local amenities, combined with the tranquility of Brookline, create a balanced and appealing environment for a stay.

The rooms at The Arcadian Hotel are consistently lauded for their comfort and cleanliness. Guests frequently mention "super comfy beds, linens and pillows," ensuring a restful night's sleep. The rooms are also noted for being "very clean," a critical factor for any hotel. The accommodations, which include a total of 256 individually furnished rooms, are air-conditioned and feature essential modern conveniences such as flat-screen TVs with cable channels, alarm clocks, heating, ironing facilities, in-room closets, and telephones. Private bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. While some guests have noted that certain rooms, particularly "King suites," could benefit from "some kind of dining table and maybe more furniture for sitting around," the overall sentiment regarding the room's comfort and aesthetic is overwhelmingly positive. Connecting rooms are also available, catering to families or larger groups. The hotel also features a variety of room types, including Queen, King, Double, and various accessible options, some with city views.

The services provided by The Arcadian Hotel are a strong point, with staff consistently receiving high praise. Guests have described the staff as "the best staff," "so helpful," "warm and welcoming," and "friendly and accommodating." This dedication to customer service contributes significantly to the positive guest experience. The hotel operates a 24-hour front desk, ensuring assistance is available at all times. Other services include luggage storage, a shared lounge, and the option to opt-out of daily cleaning service for longer stays, offering flexibility. While an airport shuttle service is not explicitly mentioned, the hotel's excellent access to public transportation, including connections to Logan International Airport, mitigates this. Check-in is generally from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with guests encouraged to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance.

In terms of features, The Arcadian Hotel offers a solid range of amenities that enhance a guest's stay. A notable feature is the "complimentary continental breakfast," available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. While described by some as "pretty good" and "sufficient," with items like croissants, muffins, coffee, and juice, some guests have expressed a desire for more protein options (e.g., eggs, meat, yogurt). Nevertheless, the availability of "coffee and tea available in the lounge all day" is a highly appreciated perk. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour fitness center, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms and public areas. While some sources mention an indoor pool, recent reviews and descriptions predominantly highlight the fitness center, suggesting potential variations in amenities or a strong focus on the gym. The hotel also provides self-parking options (for a surcharge, typically around USD 45 per day) and accessible parking spaces, which is a valuable amenity in urban Boston. While there isn't a full-service restaurant on-site beyond the breakfast offering, the proximity to a variety of "great restaurants within walking distance" effectively compensates for this. The hotel is also pet-friendly, allowing dogs or cats in guestrooms with potential size limitations and charges, which is a key feature for travelers with animal companions.

Regarding promotional information, The Arcadian Hotel's primary draw for users searching "Hotels Near Of Me" is its excellent value proposition. It is frequently highlighted for offering a "great price" and being a "great value for this area." The consistent positive feedback on its "cleanliness," "comfortable beds," and "helpful staff" serves as compelling informal promotion. While specific package deals are not explicitly detailed in the provided information, the hotel's overall positive reviews, especially regarding location and the core amenities it provides, are its strongest promotional assets. The emphasis on being "clean and well staffed" with the "T right out the front door" communicates its core strengths directly to potential guests. The fact that many guests express intentions to "for sure be staying here again!" is the most powerful endorsement, indicating a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. For travelers prioritizing comfort, cleanliness, and seamless access to Boston's attractions via public transport at a competitive price, The Arcadian Hotel presents itself as an extremely viable and often preferred option.

I wish I had taken photos of the hotel. It was very clean and well staffed. The community felt safe and the T is right out the front door. Lots of businesses near by for quick shopping, essentials and gifts. Also there are some great restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast includes croissants, muffins, coffee, and juice.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect from the cozy bed linens to the spacious One Bedroom Suite with a separate TV room and a great street view. The breakfast was good, and the location couldn’t be better. The Green Line T stop is literally right across the street, making it super easy to get anywhere in Boston. Highly recommended!

Let me start this review off with the customer service. I called today to speak with someone regarding a $134.04 charge I was not aware of. He explained to me it was for the “breakfast and free gym.” You mean the breakfast of BREAD? Is a continental breakfast truly ONLY bread? Because this is all they add. I could’ve gone to the grocery store and purchased a week’s worth of bread for $5. He proceeded to tell me, WORD FOR WORD, “yeah that’s the daily fee for the free breakfast and gym but once you checked out it would’ve been right in front of your face.” How unprofessional can your front staff be? When we checked into our room, not a single roll of toilet paper was to be found. So, naturally, we called the phone number the FRONT DESK provided and it rang and rang and rang and went to a voicemail. How many times did we call during our trip? Cannot even count. At some point we gave up and walked to the front desk, although they stated they’d be happy to deliver anything to us if needed. Windows? Natural light? Unheard of here. I slept in a freight car. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thankfully there were a lot of great restaurants and bakeries nearby that we were able to walk to.

I loved my stay here! The environment was so lovely and amazingly quiet. I stayed during both a weeknight and a weekend night, and all the guests were respectful and calm. I travelled on my own, and never felt unsafe. Furthermore, the continental breakfast was so well done. I have a gluten allergy and I was so excited that they had gluten free bagels! Would highly recommend staying here. If I was to nitpick, I would say that they should get higher quality mattresses. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable and cozy. The coffee and tea selection they have in the room is really nice, too. Pro tip: there’s a train stop right outside the that costs like $2 to ride. So even though the location isn’t right downtown, you won’t go broke exploring.
