***Edit*** I'm happy to report Meaghan is the General Manager! Well done Courtyard!!! We stayed here for one night over a holiday and were genuinely impressed. Right from the start, we were welcomed by Meaghan Murphy, who was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely engaging. If she isn’t already in a leadership role, she absolutely should be—her hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with a welcoming lobby and plenty of well-lit parking. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy bedding, a spotless bathroom, and thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and smart TV. The view from our window was absolutely stunning—easily one of the highlights of the trip. Every part of the stay felt well-managed and intentional. Clean, quiet, and comfortable—this hotel exceeded expectations, and we’d happily return.

Apr 11, 2025 · Kilo CharlieThe rooms are spacious but they still have shower curtains in the bathroom (if that's a deal breaker for some people). The rooms were clean and I liked having the option to cast/sign in to Netflix on the TV! It depends on your purpose of travel to Boston, but if I need to be in the Brookline area, this is one hotel I'd recommend!
May 15, 2025 · Victoria BorgesI never got around to writing my review of Courtyard Boston Brookline but considering I'm coming into the city this weekend I was reminded of my stay while looking for a hotel to book. The location was nice and close to a lot of restaurants and shops and not too far from Boston College, Fenway, and other locations my family and I were visiting. I'd say that's about as good as it gets. The hotel itself seems old and not kept up very well. One elevator was out of service during our stay and the ceiling/hallway near our room appeared to be covered in mold or some black substance by the vent. It was very concerning. Our actual room wasn't too bad other than the fact that it didn't have adequate lighting and I found myself basically ironing in the dark. The pool was a glorified bathtub (very small) but I guess it was nice to even have that amenity. The courtyard outside had a broken gate (or unsecured) and we found homeless people wandering around and even sleeping on a bench which made my family feel unsafe and unable to enjoy. Add to that the $50 charge for parking and this hotel becomes difficult to recommend considering the multitude of better options in and around the area. I would say stay here only if you're in a jam or if the rate is extremely low but when the rates are high don't even consider it and don't expect them to value your patronage or try to address your concerns as absolutely nothing was offered to my family to help fix our experience. There are so many better maintained and updated hotel options out there where you can feel clean, safe, valued, and not have to worry about getting an upper respiratory infection or worse.
Feb 19, 2025 · Vincent MessinaA very clean and modern hotel. It has a well-decorated nice lobby with lots of games for kids. Breakfast is simple but well-prepared and there are plenty of tables to sit down. Next door restaurant is a big plus for a very tired family.
Apr 22, 2025 · Jamie SantosMy husband was hospitalized for a few days and I stayed at this hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and nicely located to restaurants and stores. It was easy to navigate back and forth from hospital. I would gladly stay again if I needed to.
