Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel

Great Stay! Clean, Convenient, and Good Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Despite being in a central location, the hotel was quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. What really made the stay special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to help with anything. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and budget-friendly place to stay with exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is solid! Clean, centrally located, relatively affordable, reliable hot water and elevators, not too noisy. We had a small king room and it had everything we needed. Bonus: they can arrange flat fee car service to airports and other destinations. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel for one night by myself to enjoy New York, and it was a great experience. The hotel has an excellent location—close to the subway and just across the street from my favorite Korean restaurants, Olle and Okdongsik. It’s also only two blocks from K-Town and Herald Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The area felt quiet and safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I didn’t need to take any transportation while in Manhattan because everything I wanted to visit was within walking distance. If you’re looking for a well-located and comfortable stay in NYC, I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room met ALL my needs: comfortable king size bed; hot hot shower with great pressure; dark room; ironing board and working iron. This is obviously not the Ritz and it's not a luxury hotel but all I wanted was a clean, quiet place to sleep and this place delivered. There's no restaurant and no free breakfast but I didn't care. Staff was friendly and I got extra towels when I needed them. The only thing I wished had been different was the doors make a really loud latching sound, nearly a slam, when they close. My neighbor woke me up every morning just by closing their door. Didn't ruin my stay, though, and nothing is perfect. Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants and bagel shops in a few blocks radius. I felt safe the whole time. I had a 4th floor room with a view of an apartment building, but if you're coming to NYC for sightseeing, you aren't doing it from your hotel window anyway. Would stay here again without hesitation (as long as my company was paying for it!)

A microcosm of NYC itself, you get a tiny hotel room and learn to make the best use of vertical space. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it's an excellent location. There could be better noise isolation between adjacent rooms, but the cool thing is there's only six rooms per floor, and you generally can't hear anything from the floors above or below.
