Great Location & Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues: We had a great stay at Hotel 32 32 (6 nights). The location was excellent, close to a subway station and centrally located near the Empire State Building, making it easy to travel both uptown and downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. The hotel itself had good amenities, including parking and gym access (though we didn’t use these). Our room had a kitchen, which was a nice feature, but it wasn’t very well equipped with utensils or cleaning supplies, so we didn’t use it much. We also had to wait for housekeeping to clean the dishes, which was a bit inconvenient. The room was cleaned daily and was generally very well maintained. However, some areas—like the heating vents and hard-to-reach spots—seemed permanently dusty. That said, the overall cleanliness was good. The room temperature was comfortable, though we couldn’t manually control it, and the vents were always on, making a slight noise. It wasn’t a major issue, but light sleepers might find it noticeable. Overall, it was a great hotel, and we’d definitely stay here again!

I had a beautiful view of the city from my room, and the amenities were top-notch, with high-quality toiletries, a great shower, and super comfy linens.
