I also agree with a couple of reviews that I don’t believe it’s 5-star material but it’s a nice place. Location is great with Korea town down the street and Times Square about a 30 minute walk. We showed up at like 2:53 and was asked if we requested an early check in which is kinda funny. Our room was ready and front desk was not rude at all. Lobby is beautiful and for New York the room was spacious

Great location and nice rooms. Certainly above average for NYC. Exceptional service from the lady at front of house, Mayerly, when our flights were cancelled by our carrier she worked tirelessly to find us and our parents rooms for three extra nights despite them already being at capacity. Really saved our trip. Thank you again Mayerly and Marmara.

This review is for Natalie and Natalie only. She was incredible! From the moment I arrived at the hotel, she went above and beyond, helping me find the best nail salon and even creating a list of great restaurants. Her customer service skills are outstanding—she truly deserves a raise! My experience with her was fantastic. She even upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. Although I didn’t have the best experience with the other manager, I would definitely return just to be helped by her again.

What a wonderful hotel! Ideally located next to the subway and with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen. Admittedly, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but that didn’t spoil our experience. The spa facilities are a lovely bonus. As the cherry on top, all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. And they succeeded—huge thanks to the entire team!

Easy 10/10. I don't tend to do reviews and I have very high standards. My stay was very comfortable. Cant think of single compliant. Excellent service. Stayed in 2 bedroom with terrace. It was perfect. And the location is great. If you looking for the perfect package, this is the spot. With family, friends, or alone they have rooms/residences that accommodate for reasonable pricing.
