The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploring the city. Quite possibly my favorite hotel in NYC! The rooms are extremely large, quite and spacious, and the bathrooms are enormous. The hotel rooms here are far larger than nearly any other NYC hotel I've ever stayed at. The room service was delicious and excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms here are on the pricier side, but they are absolute worth it for a fantastic stay! I can't wait to stay here again.

My favorite hotel in NYC. I love all the large mirrors and perfect lighting with outdoor balcony’s huge bathtubs! The customer service is perfect! It’s so quiet I can sleep all day if needed. Perfect hotel for any occasion. Great modern gym with large patio & brand new renovated rooftop pool is lots of fun.

Modern hotel with all the amenities you need, plus a great, quiet location . Staff was friendly and checked in throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Hotel offers great views and two on-site lounges/restaurants. Loved that there were lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

My wife and I stayed here during a recent trip to NYC and had an amazing experience. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was top notch. Omar checked us in and was generous to give us a nice upgrade to a room with a great view and very large bathroom. The hotel is in a great location in Flatiron and walkable to many great attractions. The hotel restaurant had really good food and prompt service. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a hotel in the area.
