When you & your wife walk into a Hotel carrying backpacks & pulling a suitcase & there are three employees standing there & no one else!!! You would think the very least they could do is welcome you?!?! Right? NO not here not a word until I said hello how are you? We made it! The lady said do you have a reservation because we are full! YES I have a reservation. $277 a night for a room the size of my closet! I know NY rooms in old buildings are small but this was a new level of small for us. The bed was way way to soft it may as well have been a water bed. Okay the good. Shower pressure was great & one good thing about the bed was they gave you plenty of pillows. Bottom line we will never stay here again & wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you can't find anything else like us. Have a wonderful day.

Nov 10, 2015 · Trent S.I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My single room was small and cozy. I found everything I needed. Perfect bed, TV, safe and coffee machine. The air conditioning was working properly. In the bathroom I found everything I needed and it was really comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was always kind and helpful.

The hotel was so quiet and I was able to rest between activities. My son left something behind and they accommodated us by sending it to our home. When I return with my other son I will stay here again, there's a grocery deli at the corner as well as a corner convenience stand. The subway entrance was within a block. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the bed was so comfortable, the shower OH MY!!!! never lacked for hot water OH MY!!!! We will stay here again when we come back...thank you Clarion staff!
Jan 18, 2018 · T JonesThe location and value was perfect for midtown! The room and beds were small along with the hallways. The breakfast was very good and an extremely clean area. The staff at check in and during the stay were friendly and welcoming. The only issues I had were the thin walls and floors, I could hear people in the hallway and walking on the floor above. There was also an oder from the resturant next door and weed in the hallway.
Oct 02, 2019 · r kRoom was small, but all I needed was a bed and shower, and that was what I got. Staff friendly. Nice and clean and comfortable. I recommend the hotel if you are not staying on weekend because you can hear the music form the bar next door, NOT nice at all.
