I was a little skeptical going into it but this place turned out great!! The room felt clean for the most part - especially the bathroom. It looked like they might not have washed the main comforters though. The front desk was very helpful and nice! They let us store our luggage after we checked out as well. Great location, truly in the middle of manhattan. It says no smoking but sometimes it did smell like cigarettes but not awfully stinky. Would 10/10 recommend.

This hotel was perfect for us, as it was mere blocks from Penn Station and MSG and walkable to many points of interest and restaurants/bars. Some rooms will share a bathroom, which we never had to wait for and the staff kept clean.

There is turn down service, a sink in the room for dealing with grooming, and a small fridge was an unexpected bonus. I shared the 2 bathrooms on the floor and never had an issue. The TV suited me just fine with all the standard NY digital channels. Air conditioning was reliable as I was there in September. Greg & Sohail and the rest of the staff were great. Great location close to everything you need and there's a great laundry less than a block away.

Nothing better that this hotel, at that price, in Manhattan. Strongly recommended. Well deserved 5 stars.

Excellent location and just few minutes’ walk to main attractions like the Empire State Building and FlatIron, Macy’s at Heralds, museums, countless restaurants and movie complexes, etc. Neighborhood was safe and pleasant and rather peaceful with great ambience. Room decor was classy and warm with vintage furnishings and ample lighting. Housekeeping / maintenance teams were efficient and kept the rooms clean and well maintained. Front Desk team members were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available and sincerely committed to ensuring that guests enjoyed a truly comfortable stay at this hotel. Definitely will stay here again…..
