I stayed here for 5 weeks and was extremely pleased with the building and staff. The units are well furnished, very clean and comfortable. It really made it feel Like I was at home. Robert in leasing was super helpful and they really make all efforts to accommodate you. I give the Bristol my highest recommendation

Sep 17, 2018 · Mark LenEXPERIENCED DISCRIMINATION. The guy at the lobby yelled at me for entering the building without a mask. I'm not an anti mask person but this isn't 2020 anymore and most of the places in NYC don't have mask requirement anymore: So I didn't know I had to wear mask. While I was putting my mask on he was still yelling at me that I can never pull it down at any moment in the building. Meanwhile all of the white ladies were going in without a mask and talking to him. His attitude was completely different to the white ladies and didn't say anything about mask to them. Apparently they have been there before and should have known about the mask requirements. The second doorman also had his mask down. THAT DOUBLE STANDARD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

They have hard time handling situations and when they don't know something about their building, they dont even try to figure out things. They just say "I dont know." Concierge be asking to many personal questions. Very unprofessional.
