The room is nice, but the fact they gave me a room adjacent to a room they are doing work on is not nice. Constant vending since 8am (video of sounds included). I called the front desk to be told it will be like this all day—until at least 3pm. I asked what concession I would get and was told that they didn’t know. They should NOT rent a room at this rate knowing it is going to be extremely loud for an entire day of stay.

Mar 10, 2025 · Eileen BStayed in a 2 bed room with small kitchen. Standard of the room was poor Bathroom was unclean, bath was in v bad disrepair and water was not hot. Carpets on floor were thread bare and had been patch repaired Light fittings broken Kitchen equipment was broken and not sufficient for the room. Staff were friendly and helpful but overall was not value for money and is more like a 2 star rating.

Although the rooms are large, the shower tub was cracked, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the finishes weren’t the best. I’m certain there was mold beginning on the ceiling of the bathroom. No blankets on the beds - only a thin white comforter and only 1 pillow each. Had to ask for blankets and pillows. No included breakfast.

I paid the stay in advance, but on arrivel they charged more 700 dollars in my card, as a security deposit to be refunded on the time of checkout. But they didn't return my money. I already sent 3 emails to their costumer support, getting only automatic answers. I also called the hotel, to get a promised they would make the refund in a couple of days, which did not happen as well. It is 700 dollars that they have to return, and I can't even get my complaint to someone who cares. No answers, nothing.
Oct 14, 2024 · Gus GuadagniniThis was a stay cation for us, we had to have work done in our apartment, so we needed to move out for a few days it was good overall can't complain much, btw they accepted pet's that was a must for us nd when housekeeping comes by they make sure the are careful coming in nd out of the room nd they gave us a tag for the door that let's housekeeping know there's a pet in the suite, that was everything for me because my pet's are everything to me.
