Stayed here for a few nights on a solo business trip; absolutely lovely hotel. Everything is contemporary and cool, like something straight out of Cyberpunk 2077. The room is cozy, romantic, and impressively designed to maximize space. The sleek, modern layout integrates the sink/vanity and shower/toilet area seamlessly. Every space is visually interesting yet clean and uncluttered. Blinds, lights, and the TV are all controlled by an iPad on the side table, and colorful LED lights in the shower add a futuristic touch. This is a hotel for artists, absolutely. The rooftop bar is stunning, with great service—though I found the food a bit overpriced. The lower-level lounge is a highlight, featuring a breathtaking two-story wall with a beautifully curated art gallery. There are plenty of cozy nooks for sitting, a central bar perfect for networking, and an overall inspiring atmosphere that makes it great for getting work done. The location is also ideal, situated in a nice area of Bowery with plenty of restaurants and access to multiple subway lines. From start to finish, this was a fantastic stay at a fair price, and I’d definitely stay at CitizenM again.

I enjoyed my staying there! Really comfortable location near soho, china town and little italy. Nice breakfast Small but functional room. Beautiful hotel design: great Rooftop bar, fun street art gallery at the stairs, amazing lobby for remote work. The stuff is really nice and helpful.

Stylish, Smart, and Perfect for a Short Stay Stayed one night at citizenM Bowery for a concert nearby and had a great experience. The room was immaculately clean, and the technology was amazing—everything actually worked seamlessly. The bathroom had sophisticated, sturdy finishes, and the clever under-bed storage was a nice touch. The overall design is compact but super functional, making it perfect if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring. The vibe of the hotel is modern and fun, and the location is excellent, with dozens of great restaurants and bars just steps away. Would absolutely stay here again and at their other locations!

Stayed here on a 4-night vacation and will 100% stay again when I come back to visit NYC – staff, atmosphere and amenities are incredible. Couldn't imagine a more convenient location; if you're doing a mix of activities uptown/midtown/downtown/in other boroughs, this is basically right in the middle of everything. Security is also important and we felt safe (you can't use the elevator unless you have an active key card, there is security in the building overnight, etc.). Staff was quick if you called for anything you needed such as towels. The rooms are small, but that should be a non-issue for anyone as you're just sleeping and getting ready in the room. It was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in and felt well-rested every morning. The lower level has seating, an outdoor patio, a gym and full-service bar, which is super convenient if you want a quick snack or latte. And don't even get me started on the gorgeous rooftop bar. It was also my partner's birthday and our honeymoon, and the staff made it uber EXTRA special.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. Ty at the front desk made us feel so welcome and even left a lovely note in our room—such a thoughtful touch! Vanessa, the overnight front desk agent, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond. The lobby seating area was beautiful and chill. Rooms were small but cozy and overall, it was a fantastic experience with amazing service!
