Excellent location for visiting the East Village and great value. Daughter was celebrating her 21st in the city and we needed a room with 2 beds and a little space for a reasonable price. A very hard find in NYC. She wanted to be in or near the East Village. I booked this hotel because it said there is a queen bed and a double futon, price was acceptable. We were so surprised that it was a complete apartment! Full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Big bathroom too, plenty of room for 4 girls to get ready to go out on the town. Not super modern or fancy but clean, spacious and well equipped. Perfect base for our weekend!

The front of house staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the rooms, while dated, were clean and extremely spacious (especially by New York standards). The location was perfect on a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood with many different subway stations close by serviced by numerous lines. We would definitely stay here again if we are in New York in the future.

Me and my two adult children had plenty of room and couldn't ask for anything better. The room was very clean and the amenities wonderful.A true bargain in Manhattan. I will stay here the next trip to New York City. Can only say Thank you in every way.

We arrived 2 hours early, and were ready to just leave our luggage but they checked us in without extra charge. Will definitely return if we visit NYC again.
