Moxy NYC Lower East Side

We spent three nights at Moxy LES and absolutely loved it! While the room was compact, which is expected in NYC, it was spotless, well-designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were welcoming, and the $30 credit made the stay even better. The included grab-and-go breakfast each morning was perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, in a charming and safe neighborhood with plenty of shopping, and just steps from Chinatown. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the Lower East Side, this is it!

The hotel staff were welcoming, and the perks were wonderful. We received a daily credit to use at the cafe and bar, which was a great bonus! They had an included grab-and-go breakfast each morning, which was perfect to start a busy day of exploring. The hotel is located in a charming and safe neighbourhood with plenty of shopping and is just steps away from Chinatown. Overall we had a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a hotel in the Lower East Side, look no further!

A seriously great hotel, just wanted to firstly give a shout out to Alex the door man who welcomed us so warmly every time we came in and out and made every effort to help us with our bags or directions. His happy energy is wonderful. The rooms are good, bed super comfy, nice and contemporary styling throughout the hotel. All staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were always happy to come back after a long day of sight seeing. The breakfast that's included could be a bit better, its prepackaged muffins, fruit and yoghurt, so all quite sweet. We often ended up using our destination fee in the cafe as the coffee and food was better there.

I literally love this hotel. It's small but they staff are over the top accommodating. We booked a corner view room and when we got up there we realized how small it was and our baggage wouldn't even fit so we went down to ask for a larger room and the upgraded us to an executive room for free! This is the 3rd time we've stayed there and they have always made sure we are happy and comfortable and don't mind swapping rooms if you aren't. I highly recommend this place for that alone. But it's also so cute. Perfect coffee and breakfast snack bar in the lobby so you don't have to leave for coffee in the morning! And proximity to little italy and China town for food is so great. Definitely stay here!

We had the best 8 days for our family's spring break. The vibe, location, and staff made it unforgettable! Alex was such a great friend to our family during our stay. Lucy at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Mike and Alana at the bar made the best drinks and remembered us throughout our entire visit.
