Ok, so we booked this hotel between about three months prior to the date we planned to come in because we had a concert we were attending in the area. We parked our cars and got our bags out and walked for a few minutes to get there. When we arrived, it seemed weirdly quiet and The only person in the entire vicinity was the receptionist. When we came up and told him we had a reservation, he proceeded to tell us that all reservations were canceled due to the elevators being broken down and it not being safe in case of a fire. I would understand that reason if there weren’t a sign by the elevators that said use stairs in case of fire. We had prepaid and we told that to the receptionist trying to get a refund and his only Response was him saying I won’t charge your card. Then we proceeded to explain to him that we already prepaid which means our card was already charged to which he again responded with I won’t charge your card. We then got frustrated with him and decided to give up with that battle, but we weren’t done trying to get in a room. We explained how there was no indication that our room was canceled. He persisted that he called us, but we checked and we did not get a call from the hotel. Before leaving, we tried getting the corporate number so we could make sure we get a refund to which he attempted to stall and argue at the beginning, but then gave us his corporate number . But Overall, this is just the crap-iest customer service I have ever experienced. As an alternative, I would highly recommend Springhill suites, as they offered us a room last minute after being screwed by the other hotel.

Mar 20, 2025 · Jessica STHIS HOTEL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Do NOT book this hotel. I booked this hotel in June of last year for an event this past Memorial Day Weekend. When I arrived, I was told by the one employee there that there was a water main break and the entire building was closed along with their systems being down. I was then told that my room could not be stayed in and told to find an alternative booking at another hotel. On the SAME DAY that my multi-day event was starting! Comfort Inn & Suites did not notify me of this. I was sent confirmation texts in the days leading up to my "stay". Thankfully I was able to get my money back, but this hotel SHOULD NOT be available for booking on their website or any other travel website. This is either a case of extreme incompetence or a scam. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
May 29, 2025 · Chris KarlasLet’s start with breakfast! Punam did a phenomenal job at the breakfast station making sure everything was stocked and clean. We enjoyed eating with a view of the harbor. The rooms are very spacious compared to higher end hotels in the area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave inside, since most hotel rooms don’t offer that anymore. A pullout sofa bed was included as well as two televisions. Plenty of closet space and comfortable beds.
Jan 19, 2025 · Mariangeles CamposI travel quite a bit for leisure and kids travel sports. And this honestly has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! No parking on site and have to park at a garage in another building. Had to drive around the block several times until could find room to park along curb by hotel to unload everything in the rain. Get checked in and only one elevator is working. I go to park car and wife and daughter take stuff to the room. My wife comes back up from taking luggage cart down to lobby and gets off elevator to find someone trying to enter the room with a door card after we already took over room and my daughter was in there alone! She stopped him before he could open the door. Supposedly was bringing towels to the room. Yet, there were towels in the room already! Bathroom was disgusting with mold and mildew on tile and fixtures, towels they brought were supposedly clean towels but had brown and yellow stains on them. Got up in the morning to head to her tournament and get to elevator to find out none of them are working at all and being a disabled vet and put on the 9th floor had to manage down 9 flights of stairs. Went to front desk and gave girl the so called clean towels and asked about elevators and was told she didn’t know anything and I could call later to discuss a refund with manager. Which was impossible with the tournament schedule and being several tournaments in area wasn’t finding anything reasonably priced or close enough that wasn’t gonna have to drive in each day and pay every time for parking. Toilets wouldn’t flush correctly and almost overflowed several times. Definitely would never recommend this establishment or ever stay there again.
Feb 03, 2025 · Craig WeikelWe had a reservation at this hotel from May 21 to 26, 2025, we drove 10 hours to get to Baltimore and when we got there we found that the hotel was closed for renovations without having notified us before our arrival. So we booked at another hotel nearby. I notified the Comfort Inn customer service of the situation to get a full refund, I am still waiting for their response.
