Room itself was fine. There weren’t any towels in the room, so we had to ask for some at the desk. Parking situation was awful! Valet is the only option from the hotel, and it’s run by a third party. The sign said $45 for overnights, got charged $57.67… called and asked about it and was told there was a large vehicle price of $55 for our Chrysler minivan (not disclosed ahead of time) and a hidden “convenience fee” because they force you to pay via an app. Parking situation alone would make me reconsider staying here again. I’ve stayed at the Marriott down the street and paid only $25 because they had self parking options and their own garage.

Jun 16, 2025 · Kassidi TraskAll the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and the building felt secure. You have to use your room card to run the elevator and also the outside doors during certain hours. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I really appreciated the valet service once I got used to it. The area in front of the building on the street market Valet only, no parking no stopping is actually where you park your car if you are using valet service. I've never used valet before and had no idea and that was confusing to me at first.
Mar 07, 2025 · Karla HurrawGreat family hotel, quick walk to the inner harbor, convenient breakfast and sizable accomodations for our family of 5. Location is 2 blocks from the inner harbor - right near the USS constellation and the national aquarium. Plenty of food options around the hotel. Area around hotel is safe, relatively clean (for a city) and low "city" noise. We went to the pool 2 days and both times there were issues stocking the pool towels. The attendant seemed annoyed to be called down to restock - and when she did she brought maybe 10 towels, which were quickly needed and gone. Valet was slow. On the day we arrived we drove around the block multiple times and a spot never opened on the street out front. We ended up parking in a garage a block away, an inconvenience with 3 young kids and luggage. All in all the price, location and accommodations are worth the stay.
Apr 17, 2025 · Jillian PavaoThe hotel lobby was very nice and offered coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day. Our room was clean. They had a large variety of food at their free breakfast. The customer service was very good. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. An employee, David, was also in the lobby when we were checking in. We are a family with a one and three year old. My son started crying while we were checking in and David noticed that I needed help as my stroller tipped over while taking my son out of it. He helped me and then let my boys pick several toys from a basket for them to keep. We saw David again as we were headed to the pool. He went out of his way to get out tubes for the kids to use while swimming. We really appreciated the kindness that David showed us as a family with young children while traveling. David’s customer service was 10/10, he deserves a raise.
Apr 10, 2025 · Stephanie GarberI stayed 3 nights at the Hampton Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor for a conference at the convention center and overall, the stay itself was good and would stay again if I found myself in downtown Baltimore. Unlike most identical HIs, this is a converted early 1900s office building with a wide open lobby and huge windows in the rooms, which were nice touches. I picked a corner room on the 4th floor and it was rather large with plenty light through the big windows on 2 sides. The fixtures were in good shape, the TV was large with a decent number of channels and there was more than adequate power outlets. The common areas were mostly in good shape except for the elevators, which looked like they were 1915 original! The breakfast was your standard HI setup with the hot food changing slightly each day. It was kept well stocked and there was always a seat available each morning. There was good security with the front door requiring key card 16 hours a day and the elevators requiring them at all times. There was also a guard at night which is needed as downtown Baltimore is a bit sketchy, especially at night. Oddly, however, there wasn't a safe in the room. The location is pretty good for the convention center or Camden Yards with a bunch of visiting fans staying there and there are a number of restaurants a short walk away. Walking around during the day was never an issue, just be more careful after dark as the streets of downtown are strangely devoid of foot traffic.
