I initially stayed here because I travel with my little guy, a cockapoo named CaryGrant and this hotel allows dogs and was a convenient location for a family event in the city we were attending. We stayed for the weekend. Guest check in simple and courteous. Manager was soo kind and helpful. I really liked this place.

if you are looking for Boutique Hotel (not a chain hotel) this is a quaint hotel with nice staff and beautiful rooms, spacious and cleaned daily. Location is walkable to south beach and easy access to DownTown Miami, Design District and more. my only draw is the Pool was cold. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay

I would give this hotel five stars if the price wasn't so high. For the price, I would have expected more attentive service, and a warmer reception. No one offered to take bags as we were dropped off at curb, check in was very cold and impersonal. Rooms are nice although a bit small for the price. Food valet service to room was very good. In-room TV’s do not give options for streaming services like Netflix, Etc. Storage for clothing is also limited and would have expected more for the price. Also, only one side of the bed has charging availability. I'm sure some rooms are better accommodated but this was our experience. Great hotel in a great location but would have expected more for the price.

Wonderful hotel. Service is incredible and rooms are immaculately maintained. The washrooms in particular are next level luxury. By no means a bargain, but you get what you pay for here!

What a great boutique hotel right in the heart of Soho. Hung out in the lobby area while waiting for my guest to arrive for breakfast. The decor here is edgy but very beautiful. The location absolutely can not be beat. The hotel sits right off of Spring Street, which is the major shopping street within the Soho area of NYC. If you want to stay downtown, I couldn't recommend this hotel strongly enough, based on location and decor alone.
