This is the perfect hotel for a stay. The staff is so friendly and kind. The rooms were dated but clean. The owner explained they are renovating. It is right next to little Italy a Starbucks. A perfect spot to start the day in NYC!! They also do coffee in the AM and Cookies at night. I will return it is perfect.

This hotel was a last-minute booking for me and my family around the New Year. Not knowing what expect. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely will be back. Not only is it a great location the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Especially Keith, the hotel manager he is amazing. We will definitely be back and can't wait to see all the updates.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience to stay here. The staff was very friendly with any questions and requests. The rooms were very clean. The space distribution would be my only con, but you only go here to sleep if you are touristing. I would recommend to stay here.

I booked a room at this hotel, and had to cancel. An employee rudely answered the phone just now and hung up on me. I was trying to check the status of my cancellation. Last night I tried to cancel and got no confirmation email, even though the employee assured me he sent, I gave him another email, to try and nothing. I never got a confirmation email after booking a couple of days ago. What is wrong with this hotel? I have read other complaints about this same issue, after looking at the hotel's mixed reviews. Very unhappy.

Location is great if you want to be closer to the east village and little Italy. I love this area so the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean. Could have coffee a bit earlier though to accommodate the early risers.
