Best Western Plus Soho Hotel

Perfect location for a NYC break I recently stayed here for 4 nights. Every aspect of hotel was perfect. The staff were so friendly especially Donte at reception. The staff at breakfast were also very friendly. Breakfast included a selection of hot and cold options such as cereals and bread. The hot options included bacon , make your own waffles eggs. The location is great for exploring Chinatown and afar as at least 6 different subway entrances within few minutes walk. Housekeeping were also great. The bed was comfy and tv offered a great choice of viewing.

Highly recommended hotel, we had a wonderful stay in there, great location, easy access through subway to time square, MoMa, Central Park and others. Rooms were really clean, bed really comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. Special thanks to Donte at the front desk, lovely person always here to ask you if everything is alright, give us good info on where to go and to eat, and most of all a really nice person to chat with. Also mention Lara who prepared us nice breakfast every morning with a big smile on her face and always have kind words to the customers. And finally Giselle, the housekeeping who cleaned our room very professionally and also left us a handwritten note after we thanked her. I have been travelling the world and I can tell that it is the first time that I had such a lovely experience in a hotel where I can personally thank staff by mentioning their name ! If you plan a trip to New York, be sure to stay at Brest western plus SoHo. You will definitely enjoy your stay there not just because of the hotel by itself but by the wonderful people who work there !!!

Very new, clean hotel with a great breakfast in the basement lounge. Loved the minimalistic decor and simple layout. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Only issue was location, but for what we needed it for it was a decent walk to everything we had come to NYC to see.

Although the room was quite small, it was very functional for a long weekend in the city. Very clean and modern. Excellent location nestled in the border of SoHo and Chinatown and in proximity to multiple subway lines. Donte at the front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The rooms are new and clean and quite big for New York. The location is very good, in soho and located near the subway. One thing I will say is the “continental breakfast” was very poor (eggs were not real eggs, yogurt was from a machine with a lot of sugar, syrupy fruit, simple breads and then sugary cereals and granolas. You could get an apple and a banana however, as the only healthy non processed option. Bacon was there daily but not great for health conscious people). Overall it was good and we were not disappointed, just wanted to mention these things.
