I had the best experience at this hotel! If I could give it more stars I would. The area is fantastic, walking distance to coffee, shopping etc. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and was appreciative of how accommodating and friendly the staff was at this hotel. I will definitely book again!

I recently stayed at 11 Howard for a weekend while traveling alone, hoping for an amazing hotel experience. Unfortunately, while the location is fantastic, the rest of the experience fell short of expectations for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. The biggest disappointment was the lack of basic amenities—there wasn’t even a coffee machine in the room. For a hotel of this standard, I expected more thoughtful details. Additionally, there was no one available to assist with luggage, which was surprising. While the lobby service was great, it wasn’t enough to make up for the other shortcomings. The bar transforms into a nightclub, and you can hear the music blasting until 3 a.m., which makes it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, 11 Howard isn’t a bad hotel, but it’s not worth the price. For what you pay, you can find better hotels with more amenities, better service, and a quieter environment. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I should have listened to everyone else’s comments… it is not worth staying here. It’s not even close to being a 5-star hotel, barely passes for a 4-star. It was not a problem Tuesday and Wednesday nights, but Thursday night when the nightclub is open it is SO loud. I had earplugs and a pillow over my head and I could still hear the loud music and people. I will never be back and it’s crazy to me that they can even offer hotel rooms when the noise is that bad

The fact this hotel is rated 5 stars is a complete joke. Only positive of this place is the location is near all the Soho shopping. The area around this hotel is super sketchy and filthy. The hotel itself is dirty. When we arrived the trash from other guests had not been taken out. There was old left over ketchup in our mini fridge and visible mold growing inside the fridge. The lights are dimmed in the hallways to hide the filth. On our last day here we had the absolute worth breakfast experience. Coffee was bitter, food came out cold and took forever. And to top it all off, the water was shut off for hours. Toilets began flushing dark brown water and many guests were without working showers. Unless you’re desperate, please don’t stay here.

Well after booking and then ready some of the reviews ( which yes I know ready reviews first before booking lol) I was a little worried about the hotel. Wow how wrong was i, 11 Howard to us was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Even gave us free milk as room services for our baby. Rooms where small for the 4 of us but we managed, staff was friendly , helpful and kind, room clean. Few drinks at the bar with bartender extremely entertaining with conversations . We enjoyed 11 Howard and perfect location 👌 Pricing $$$$
