We stayed in room 403 for 6 nights and bought our stay through Luxury Escapes which included a few extra's, which were vouchers for drinks for 2, 100 dollar dining, daily $15 dining credit and a daily breakfast for 2. Unfortunately staff are clearly not trained up on these types of stays and even though it may not be the norm, we expected some sort of guidance but were instead often lost as to how they should be used as no one seemed to know what was happening. After finally figuring out that "breakfast voucher" included a coffee and pastry, that was good! For our dining voucher, we had issues with it on checkout where the admin staff found it very difficult to figure out a course of action. Our daily $15 dining credit was also not automatically added as credit to our account, so we had to advise about this as well and after a while we finally got to a revised settlement amount. Besides the admin hassles, the hotel itself is fantastic. Small rooms yes, but perfect for what you need it for. Its a place to stay with a comfortable bed and modern finishes. The road was noisy, but hey - its New York!! :) Bonus is that its close to a subway. Dining was incredible and the cocktails at the underground bar was absolutely amazing - such a cool setting. We will definitely be back should we ever visit NYC again.

Mar 19, 2025 · Warren KentThe service and cleaning is a mess. I try to change rooms since they gave me a wheelchair accessibility room and is great that they have them but since am not a wheelchair user I felt that the room should be available for someone that is. I asked for another room and the where so annoyed and they offer me another one that was so small so I did not take it. they where rude and then they forgot and gave my room to another guests that enter the room while I was naked it was a mess !! I also ask for my room to be clean everyday and sometimes they didn’t do the bed just clean the toilet so bad ! But great location
Mar 16, 2025 · Frieda Toranzo JaegerI travel to NYC frequently for work and love this hotel. Everyone who works here is extremely accommodating - it's a great location - vibes are immaculate. I also had a situation recently where I needed to work with management (nothing the hotel did, it was all me). First, management got back to me EXTREMELY fast. I chatted with Peter and he was next level. Extremely kind, understanding, and partnership focused. Can't praise these guys enough and don't sleep on this place. It's a great shout for your NYC stay!
Feb 20, 2025 · Chandler MartinLoved my stay bc of the staff. Brandy at front desk and the bellmen were awesome - super nice and helpful. Great cafe and bar. Rooms NYC-small, but nice , especially upper floors with views. Only thing I don’t like is the resort fee. This trend needs to go down the 🚽. Def recommend tho.
Feb 11, 2025 · Mike ParedesGreat location and comfy king size bed! Room is a little small but cozy. The staff were amazing - in particular Josh, Edwin, Lavender and Nelson! They were so accommodating and had great recommendations of things to do. Thank you for making my stay so memorable! The coffee shop in the hotel is a huge plus as well.
