Feb 24, 2025 · Matthew McMahonCame to Waynesville to aid in Tropical Storm/Hurricane Helene clean up. Was very pleased with service. Very nice and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was on point, waffles, grits, cereal and coffee. Our room was clean and had all accommodations for travelers. Beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again.
Oct 12, 2024 · Deeann HuntWe stayed over at this Days Inn when Helene caused so much flooding and damage. All highways out of the area were shut down and we were blessed to find an available room here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were happily surprised that the room was well-kept and clean. The morning breakfast offerings were very appreciated. This area suffered historic damage, and the staff responded with grace, hospitality and flexibility. Thank you all so much!

May 04, 2025 · Kathy WilliamsonIf you want to be disgusted, stay here by all means. I was taking a trip with my wife and some friends so we had two hotel rooms. We got into the two rooms and room 211 had cockroaches and beetles all inside of it and room 210 had wall AC unit that was basically a black mold blaster into the room and it had bugs as well. We brought these issues up with staff and they didn’t even ask to see the pictures of the cockroaches! They knew they were in there. They gave us a different room which seemed a little better but refused to give us a refund for the issues. Do not stay here
