Very easy to find, along with a great location that has access to different travel directions. The check-in was flawless with my Marriott Bonvoy membership. The room was outstanding. I've already traveled to 5 different cities this year, and this is by far the best room and stay that I have had. If you want a nice stay in Utica, you can't lose with the Delta hotel in Utica, NY.

Rude managers, systems are outdated, and treated poorly. Delta Marriott and individual hotels aren’t on the same system. I called to verify my reservation was canceled, I received confirmation by phone, only to be charged for a no show reservation. When I called back the Marriott number they couldn’t look up information anymore because the date of arrival had passed. All communication and reservation information should be able to be seen by Marriott and by the hotel. If I was told on Thursday that the reservation wasn’t canceled, I could have made arrangements so it wouldn’t have been a waste of a room, money or time. Instead of finding out by having my credit card charged and a receipt on Saturday.

The staff was utterly fantastic. Anything we asked for was handled promptly, well, and happily. With the rooms everything was clean and everything worked. We did notice some structure issues. There were a couple of leaking roof areas in a main hallway. One of which they already seemed aware of. Parking was a little confusing since the city owns the adjacent garage, but ultimately the exit arm was never down and no one was expecting payment for parking so...win. Garage was a little tight but was enough to get in and out of. Service and food at the bar/restaurant were top notch. Again, great staff at this place. The pool was very nice. A big poolside area too. Plenty of room and the only rules I saw(aside from safety stuff about swimming) was "no glassware in the pool area". No problem. My one gripe about the place was breakfast. It was the same stuff you'd get for breakfast at any "standard" chain hotel. Make yourself a waffle, have some dried up French toast or home fries... None of the hot food was of particularly good quality and it's sitting in buffet trays. But they charge $15.99 for it per person. We ended up just going to Denny's our second day. And a minor complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls in the rooms.

Recently had a baby shower here! The food was excellent and the staff was accommodating to anything we needed. Sabrina helped me plan the event and was great to work with. I'm giving three stars because pricing changed last minute and items were added that weren't communicated previously. Was not mentioned how guests were counted (by plate) and tried to over charge as we didn't know and used some plates for desserts.

Nice place for an overnight business trip. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Helpful friendly staff. I arrived late and bell on front desk brought someone out right away. I did grab dinner at the restaurant downstairs, very tasty. I didn't use any other of the hotels amenities.
