Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. Room was very nice. Everything worked. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, complimentary water bottles, extra blankets and pillow all there. We had a king bed room with a separate sitting room with a second large TV. Seemed much more upscale than the nightly rate would suggest.

Apr 05, 2025 · Terry SchauerWhat a beautiful hotel. When I walked in I couldn't believe it. It's like the Sistine Chapel. Clean rooms, close to everything. Has a decent restaurant, too. The steak was like $50 and not the best but it was fine.
May 11, 2025 · Andrew CI travel 20-30 times/year and have never had a worse experience than I had at this hotel. I booked two connecting rooms via the Hilton app for myself and my teenage daughter. I confirmed with Matt at the front desk the morning we were checking in our arrival time as well as that our rooms were connecting. We arrived at our discussed time (6pm) and were booked in two rooms on different floors and told the connecting rooms were sold out. We were also told the rooms were not cleaned, even though it was 6pm and check in time was 3pm. We were told to hang out and our rooms would be cleaned in 45 minutes. At 7:30 I received a key to the first room. The second room was not available until nearly 9pm. I received a call from the manager at 11am the next day that they’d secured the connecting rooms for our second night. I explained we were on our way to a gymnastics meet and would be back at 5pm to switch rooms. When we returned they’d given our rooms away (even though you can see on the app there are plenty of free rooms) and they’d deactivated our actual room keys. In addition, I tried the gym which was filthy, a pile of dirty towels (no clean ones at all), the dispenser for the cleaning wipes was empty as was the sanitizer dispenser. I took a quick shower and there was a foot of water from a clogged drain. I’ve never written a negative review in my life but if you’re going to Utica do yourself a favor and book any hotel but this one.
