My experience as a guest at The Element has been exceptional. The rooms are spacious, and the access to fresh air—with the option to open a window—was an amenity I didn’t know I needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and you can expect a great night’s sleep at The Element. While the accommodations were top-tier, what truly made my stay outstanding wasn’t the rooms or the beds—it was the amazing staff. Addy, Kiran, Bill, Dylan, Peri, Noel, and Lisa are what make "The Element" truly special. I could find similar amenities at another hotel, but I wouldn’t find this team. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind staying in a motel if this team staffed it. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my life, and the ones I remember most are those that made me feel at home. The staff at The Element created that “home away from home” feeling for me—and that’s one “element” of my stay I’ll always carry with me.

Apr 22, 2025 · Eric JeffersonWe had a very good experience here. All of the workers were very helpful and friendly. They brought us everything we needed. It would have been nice to have them clean our room on our stay (we stayed only two nights). We had a bunch of trash and the trash cans were very small. And fresh washcloths and towels would have been nice too. Note: we were able to get more towels and washcloths upon request. The shuttle was very nice and handy. Also, the option of using the bikes was nice. The breakfast was also good. They also had a roof top patio and an outside sitting area next to the breakfast area. The pool was fairly warm too, which was nice. Lots of pluses at the hotel. Would recommend!
Feb 09, 2025 · Kathy LynnMy daughter and I stayed her for a weekend in Asheville, and we were both impressed with the hotel. Clean. Bright. Free breakfast. Kind staff. Looking forward to booking my next visit.
May 24, 2025 · Alison HertzRooms are noisy as hotel just right next to tunnel road and interstate. Pillows are flat and the internet/wifi goes out constantly. Today will be day two with no internet in my room. Hotel front desk workers are mostly rude and hateful. Pick another hotel.
Apr 18, 2025 · Blue BorneRooms were outfitted well and very modern My favorite feature was the top floor outdoor patio For EV drivers: they have 2 ChargePoint slow chargers on the property.
