Went change a flat tire on my car and the lady at the desk came out with a whole attitude yelling at me telling I had to get my car towed for something that literally took 5 min. She was the rudest person I have dealt with wouldn't even let me talk just kept catching an attitude with me for being there. You should honestly do better with your staff, they are there to service your customers not yell at them and berate them to make them feel like they are constantly in the wrong. I would give the service of that woman a -10 if I could. She should be removed as a someone anyone had to deal with when you are talking customer service.

TERRIBLE!! don’t waste your time! Staff is extremely rude & racist. I’ve watched the staff let people of color get away with stuff, white people couldn’t get away with. The stove hardly worked in our room. The entire time my family and I stayed here we encountered 2 nice employees. I also got told that my daughter wasn’t allowed out of her room in pjs! when we was doing laundry. The police are constantly here at all hours of the day, and horrible location, it’s right next to the highway. Overhead a person, say their toilet hasn’t been fixed in over few days! I would give a negative review if possible.

Stayed for nearly 3 weeks for a job assignment. Checked out two days before the end of third week. Every week was prepaid. I was charged an additional $182,00 for checking out early? The woman at the desk was very rude and condescending. Her explanation was that' I should "do my homework". My room was not cleaned during my stay. I will not be back and will share my experience with my traveling coworkers.

My wife and I are frequent visitors to this location. The front desk clerk is AMAZING!!! When we book our rooms are always on the first floor. She explained the long term residence are placed on the upper floors. This trip due to heavy booking we were placed on the third floor. I placed a Door Dash order with Buffalo Wild Wings at 11pm. The order was delivered at 12 however I was in the shower and my wife fell asleep. At 12:30 I opened the door and the order was stolen. The dasher took a pic which I viewed in the app showing it in front of my door. The hallway smelled like weed and you could hear the noise from various rooms. I was completely shocked and upset. Luckily Door Dash refunded my $47. Lesson learned. Stay on the first floor. Long term residence steal your things!!!

Well.. you get what you paid for. If you Love the smell of weed and the smell of Wet mildew dog smell in the room. And Rude customer service at night, then you get what you paid for ! Oh the one lady at the front who works morning! She was wonderful!! Why can’t the others be more friendly than the rest!!
