You get what you pay for. I stayed here because it was the cheapest of the chains in the area. And there is a reason for that. I had checked in earlier in the day with the app, picked a room and said is arrive at 3. When I arrived at 3:15, it wasn't ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for it. The room had no microwave, no desk chair, no clock, no bathroom cups. The hotel is located at the busiest intersection in the area and even with my white noise app, I could still hear the 18-wheelers starting up. And then at breakfast, the only safe item for me to eat was an undercooked hard boiled egg. There weren't even yogurt cups. Just a dispenser of vanilla yogurt that didn't guarantee was safe from cross contamination of allergens. Fortunately it was only for one night. The only positive is that the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I ended up at Spark by Hilton bc I had a reservation at the extended stay across the street for over 3 weeks but the guy at the front desk was asleep when I got there at 3 am (I drove across the country for work) long story short when I got there I was greeted by Zach (hope I spelled that right) who was LITERALLY an Angel. He knew I had just driven from my last hotel for about 14 hours and took care of me. I honestly sat in the car at 3 am with my dog when Extended stay treated me so badly having no idea what I was going to do because I was so exhausted(customer service kept trying to call the front desk as well but he didn't answer... that's a whole other story) Soo.. about the hotel. AMAZING!!! The beds are literally so comfortable.. the pillows, sheets and everything. It's SUOER clean. Everyone is soooo helpful. There is tea and coffee 24/hrs a day.. they have dog treats and make them feel super welcome. About the staff.. since I stayed a week I got to know some of them (I already told you how amazing Zach was) The front desk staff that I got to know was: Flesha, Nikki and Jim.. Flesha is SUPER helpful, super nice and literally can answer any questions that you may have.. shes so nice and easy to talk to.. she's AMAZING! I would always look forward to seeing her when I got back to the lobby since I'm new to the area and she was always so helpful! Nikki is the sweetest! I could literally talk to her all day long and she really made me feel like home.. last and DEF NOT LEAST.. Jim!!! He is the MOST AMAZING PERSON IN THE WORLD. You could be having the worst day and he would make you Happy. Always has a smile on his face, he's super helpful... when I was getting tea one day and he was asking how my day was i accidentally missed the trash can when I was throwing away the wrapper and he picked without me even noticing.. Arturo is the head of Maintenece is is sooo AMAZING! Anything you need he is there with a smile on his face and fixes anything you need. I 100% recommend this hotel.. which I could live here forever!

In the area and couldn’t stand one more night with family. (Nothing like that) just beds were not good lol. So we found this hotel cheap and amazing beds. Super clean. And even breakfast. Can’t review the breakfast bc I was beyond exhausted with getting no sleep the night before and having a long day. And to be honest the beds were beyond amazing I will just hit Wawa and get breakfast lol. And my family and I always travel and find cheap hotels and never had one cheap under 100 with tax there was a 20 incidental fee I will get back in a few days. The tv was huge and if your a gamer bring a hdmi cord and you could log into ur streaming sites too which I didn’t only because it 2am when we got there and just wanted to sleep: I did read views on some site mention the place had horrible front desk staff. That’s a lie. Also the place was not filled with junkies as the one review I read. If your an actual person traveling and not from the area like me. It’s Exton. There no junkies spending 100 bucks and staying there. That’s 100 bucks they would spend on their drugs. Trust me don’t go near coatsville

Awful service and housekeeping. I am a regular business traveler and tried to book this hotel only due to proximity to my meeting. Last night I had worse experience in the life. I reserved a unit while online check in but it was assigned to someone else. I had to get another room facing hwy with loud traffic sounds. Elevators do not work. No shampoo in the bathroom. No coffee or water cups in the room. Stay away unless you want to save some $$ or else go visit other hilton hotels in the area. VERY AWFUL management and housekeeping.

We spent the night in Exton for a Teen Apologetic Conference with our oldest daughter. My husband was a little skeptical staying at this hotel because it was a hotel for pets. The outside of the property is clean, there's no traces of left poop, and it was very clean. When we walked in we knew it was going to be a good stay because the lobby was spotless and smelled cleaned. The front desk lady was not the coziest with the welcome, but was also very professional and courteous. The hallways smelled cleaned when we checked in late Friday and Saturday morning when we woke up. Breakfast was not the most accommodating for me personally with a gluten intolerance, but I did eat a boiled egg, and had some oatmeal with oat milk so I was satisfied. My husband and daughter had no complaints. Our room was spotless, sheets and pillows were SOO soft. The room doesn't have a microwave but my daughter was able to warm her food in the lobby. Bathroom spotless. The TV does a weird line across thing where it looks like it is broken. We had to actually turn on the TV from the TV as the remote worked to the cable box. They should leave some instructions for that because we definitely thought the TV was broken. We have not one complaint about this hotel and will absolutely stay here again next year when we go back for the conference. It was less expensive than the preferred hotels, and closer to the church LOL (by like a minute or two hahaa). Perfect stay.
