We stayed here for two nights and it was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. We were seeing the sights and got in late so as we were getting ready for bed my daughters noticed the room smelled of urine (room 130, I believe. It is the only option for connecting two queen beds). The smell was so intense as we laid in bed exhausted that I had to pour essential oils on our bedspread. Apparently, someone urinated on a large portion of the carpet (between the window and the tv stand) and somehow they were fine with renting out the room that way. If you are in that room there is no way to truly clean the smell without replacing the carpet. So unless there is new carpet in the room I highly recommend asking to change rooms. The next morning I called to be moved but as we were in a joint room we had to separate which changed our plans completely as my husband and I had to separate our family into two groups (They refunded our cost for the urinal room). After we checked out I forgot my retainer and house keeping threw it away. So now it's costing us $400 to replace bringing up the cost of our stay at this motel to more than I care to think about. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton.

Older facility with a caring staff. Everything is as you would expect in a Hampton Inn. Solid hotel at a reasonable price. Down was breakfast was carb laden—no surprise. The gym is woefully under equipped even for a Hampton Inn. Additionally it has limited hours — 6 am to 10 pm making it difficult for business travelers to get a workout in before starting their day. Moreover, the gym door wouldn’t open at 6 with more room key or even with the staff’s assistance.

This place has large rooms and friendly staff. The free breakfast is adequate and more than just a Continental. It is a busy road location but the hotel is set back from the road so nose and light distractions are minimal.

The hotel manager Carley along with her employee Robyn basically accused me of fraud when booking the room. I have been at this hotel since 11/26/24 due to recently becoming homeless. I originally booked a stay for 5 nights over Thanksgiving and have been extending the stay daily. This morning they both asked for the credit card despite the room already being paid for so they could charge it an additional $50 for incentives like broken items in the room. She then informed me that I was not allowed to continue my stay past Friday due to the hotel being overbooked. I asked what event was going on and Carley couldn't tell me. She just said something local. If a guest is already established at this hotel then there should be no reason to continue charging $50 for every new booking especially when the room has already been paid for. That is a bit excessive. Also, accusing guests of breaking items when they haven't is really rude. Upon check in on 11/26 I also had to pay a $60 pet fee that I didn't know was an added charge. Update: I just got a call from downstairs. The front desk lady was demanding I give them a card for the incidentals. She was yelling at me and talking over me and wouldn't listen to a word I said. I eventually hung up on her.

Absolutely love this hotel. It's very clear, housekeeping as well as the front desk are respectful, kind, and very helpful. I don't have any complaints at all!!!!
