Needed a place to stay for a short business trip and I was very happy with this hotel. A lot of small things that they do so well. Having an airport shuttle, free parking, cookies and lemonade, all day coffee, all are a nice and welcomed touch. The breakfast is included and provides many delicious options. The exercise room is clean and all equipment is well maintained. Definitely will stay again the next time I’m in need of a hotel in the area.

I am glad to share I got a VIP treatment from this property. Zaida made great accommodations for my early check-in. Jason treated me to a very nice warm breakfast. After a redeye, this could be the best thing I could ask. This property is clean, very well managed, and accessible from LaGuardia. Keep up the great work, Zaida and team
Mar 22, 2025 · Mahesh M. ThakurThis hotel was clean and overall I had a very pleasant experience here. The hotel shuttle was convenient and LaGuardia airport was only 15 minutes away. Free breakfast with a snack table in the lobby (nice gesture) that would serve water with fruit inside of it, which was very refreshing. The staff Deanna, Jimmy, and Raquel were nice and did an amazing job at making our stay pleasurable. The cleaning staff were also very nice and did a great job at cleaning our room and providing essentials. However Antonio, the shuttle driver had a bad attitude with us and was not very polite as opposed to Jimmy the driver who was very polite, friendly and helpful with information. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others.
Nov 04, 2024 · Jeannie TelladoLet's start off with the shuttle. the shuttle was efficient. The driver we had I didn't get his name. He was a Chinese gentleman.. he was wonderful. He was able to give us so many tips. He was absolutely fantastic. He answered all of our questions and was very kind and welcoming. The front desk workers were efficient they checked us in promptly. The elevator was a little slow, but took us up to our room. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I had a great view of the police Academy across the street. The hotel was located, conveniently by the bus stop, which was great. You can get to anywhere you needed to. I also enjoyed the complementary items in the lobby,lemonade, apples, cookies, bananas. It was a different variety each day. Now here are some things that was not so great. Number one the water pressure in the shower was not great. sometimes late at night you can hear the sirens from the police cars. It was not every night but a couple of nights my husband slept right through it but I'm a night owl. So overall, I recommend this hotel I felt safe and MTA transportation was convenient to travel to the city and any other borough. And the shuttle to take us back to the airport in the morning on time. I always choose a hotel that has complementary shuttles. It adds such great service after a long plane ride.

The bed was plenty comfortable, place was clean, the bathroom was mostly clean. Parking is difficult because they don't have a very big parking lot and only have one street next to them available for parking. Other than that, would highly recommend it as a spot to stay.
