I booked the hotel through priceline for 2 nights for $260, which I think is quite expensive for the quality of the service and rooms. The place is more so like a motel than a hotel. My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though there is a sign that says there's no smoking allowed in the hotel. I asked the receptionist about this and if he could switch my room and he said "oh I'm sorry I forgot to tell you. The floor that your room is on is the smoking-allowed floor. I don't think it'll be too bad though. The only rooms we have available on non-smoking rooms would cost $140 for an upgrade, which I don't think you'll need." I ended up just turning the air on and opening the windows to drown the smell out. This wasn't too big of a deal but I wish they stated somewhere on their site that you had to request a non-smoking floor, because the smell was SO unpleasant. My biggest complaint though was the next morning at 8AM when a stranger opened the door to my room. They were able to do so because the hotel had checked them into my room, and they forgot that I booked the room for 2 nights. I was very confused and frightened. I went to the front desk and complained about the situation but all they did was repeatedly say it was a mistake. I wasn't offered any compensation or refund. I had already paid the full cost for 2 nights upfront when I checked in so I couldn't even book another place. It is the cheapest place in Flushing but honestly, my advice is to just book a nicer hotel for $100 more. I'm definitely not going back and no one else should have to suffer through an experience like this.
Oct 15, 2018 · Fanny ChenThis hotel provides you with all the basic needs. It is clean, it has heating and AC, clean bathroom, a closet, bed with clean sheets, etc. WiFi though, is terrible. Customer service isn't the best either. The front desk people aren't helpful and not friendly by any means. But given the price, and since I can speak Mandarin and Cantonese and I was capable of maneuvering and negotiating with them.

Parking is so dangerous to drive through because the entry is so narrow, and it says small cars only and there are few parkings in first floor but not allowed, front desk said only for boss and managers, and customers have to risk their cars suv or vans to drive up to upper levels. And the room is furnished as cheap as possible, the small fridge is so old With dens, can only put four bottles of 16 oz bottle water. Do not recommend.

New guy working at this hotel, Ken a professional and well intentioned Chinese gentleman, was doing his best to help me get a room, as I had just booked it a few hours in advance and was checking in super early. There was some idiotic, disgruntled and low-class Chinese guy (no offense to all the good Chinese folk out there in the world 🙂👌🏾) standing across from me, who was getting impatient because he (and his lovers...I mean guy friends) had to wait while Ken was helping me out. It was about 3 am in the morning, and there were other people coming in to get a room at the same time as me. I was there as I just got back from Texas, had a delayed flight and wanted to just get a room for a few hours. A cute Chinese lady and her man were getting a room...anyone can guess what those two were there for 😁😉 And as for the impatient, low-class Chinese guy and his 10 lovers, they were probably having a romantic guys night in...😝😳🤢🤮😂😂😂😂 Basically, I opted to not stay as I realized I'd be checking out soon, so I went to the gym for a few hours 🏋🏾♂️💪🏾 Ken, thank you brother, and all the best with your new job at the hotel and your future endeavors🙏🏽 And I do apologize on behalf of all of humanity, that you sometimes have to deal with low class people.
