Renaissance Tangram is a hotel block located right above the mall of the same name, with a prime location in the heart of downtown Flushing. The service is pretty good, they gave us complimentary waters, facilities were nice and clean, and overall the experience was good. There is ease of access to valet parking, and multiple food locations right outside the hotel that make it easy to eat. The gym was a nice setup, with many equipment to utilize on your own time. Room service was quick and tidy. The rooms were alright as well. We got one of the standard rooms, which came with a good sized bed, small kitchenette area, and a bathroom. The only downside is the bathroom is weirdly shaped, so sharing it with friends may be awkward as there is only a curtain separating the bedroom and bathroom.

Mar 01, 2025 · Nick SWow… what a hotel. Great service, friendly staff, amazing room. The executive suite is amazing… huge and very comfortable. Hotel is super clean and the gym is the best gym I have ever been to at a hotel. I travelled for work and trust me when I say this is the best hotel we stay at. Good at the restaurant is just spectacular! You have to try the matcha cheesecake and the lamb rack. Wow. Just wow.
Apr 04, 2025 · Gilson CStaff is awesome. Rooms are really nice: good amenities. Great gym, really spacious, well maintained. There's a good mall nearby if you need something in a pinch. So many food, bakery, bar choices within a 2-15 minute walk one has trouble deciding.

The manager ‘Ken’ was incredibly attentive and really unbelievable at making sure everything was perfect and that we were all content & comfortable the entire night. The food was delicious, the ambience was perfect and the service was truly impeccable. Highly recommend. I will be definitely be coming here again! Thank you KEN! You have restored our faith in New York service again!
