I originally thought a hotel managed by a Chinese team would offer more attention to detail and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The handling of third-party reservations is a mess. Upon check-in, I noticed that housekeeping was done behind closed doors — was this to hide unprofessional procedures from other guests? One elevator was already broken when we arrived, and the second one stopped working later that evening. We had to walk through the back of the building, past the trash storage area, just to reach the working elevator and get back to our room. Completely unacceptable. Housekeeping didn’t even replace the bed sheets — they just made the bed. A dirty pillow that had fallen to the floor was put back onto the bed and placed at the headboard. New towels were thrown directly on top of used ones. What kind of ridiculous procedure is that? Do your housekeeping staff have no basic hygiene training? We were supposed to stay for 4 nights, but after check-out, our stay mysteriously appeared as only 2 nights, and then completely disappeared from the Marriott app the next day. Are you trying to delete the record to avoid complaints? Overall, a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. I’ve stayed in many Marriott properties — this was by far the worst.

Mar 22, 2025 · Ashley GarciaHonestly not that bad. I appreciated the airport pickup/drop off free of charge. I was stuck here with not much of a plan due to my flight getting cancelled by air canada. The hotel is a bit outdated but clean. Hotel is in a convenient area with many stores to shop and lots of food choices. Also shoutout to the shuttle driver for making sure i got to my flight on time very very quickly.🤣

In addition, if you don't arrive at 7 am you don't have breakfast, there should be an extension until 10 am for those of us who like to sleep.
Feb 20, 2025 · EmilioA delayed Delta flight gave me an option for staying at John Hotel. It was close to the airport. They had 24/7 shuttle service. That was enough to rate it high. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and large. It was a great option. Thank you to the staff.
Dec 12, 2024 · Alan MoonRooms and services are really best. My first time was absolutely great to me. Only issue is parking but we cannot consider that with hotel as other than this many of hotels , they don’t provide parking in premises and if there any , would be paid.
