Upon arrival, the front desk staff, particularly a rude lady, was extremely unprofessional and had a complete lack of courtesy. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told that my room was unavailable without any proper explanation. This level of poor customer service is simply unacceptable, and I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will not be returning to this hotel and strongly advise others to consider alternatives before booking here.
