We are sitting in the airport ready to fly home talking about how much we enjoyed our stay. We were Big Easy first timers and had no idea what to expect. We were all set to get a place on Bourbon street, but started reading reviews about how loud it can be at night. So we decided to get a place one street over. We were less than a 2 minute walk and felt like we were 3 miles away. The location could NOT be better. The pool/jacuzzi are a bit small, but the seating area out back is absolutely delightful. Tables, chairs, chaise lounges all over. You won’t believe from the front how much room there is in the back. Again you are 325 feet from mayhem and debauchery and you don’t hear a thing!! Some reviews have complained about the hangers not coming off and no bathrobes being provided, and for more worldly travelers that might be an issue. For an average midwestern couple enjoying their first time in New Orleans it was perfect.

Mar 26, 2025 · Matt CallLoved it. We were in the little apartments at the back. It was clean but not fancy, in the middle of everything but quiet which was super important to me as I have a hard time sleeping. The little pool could have been a little cooler to be refreshing but it was nice to have nonetheless. Well appointed. No complaints.
May 31, 2025 · Emily StewartGreat location. Appreciated the extra room. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Super close to Bourbon St. activity but far enough away to not be too loud. Next time, I would request to not have a room on the street side. Also, great coffee shop, St. Pat’s, is right around the corner on Conti. We’d definitely stay here again!
May 18, 2025 · MistyWe have been to Nola three times now. We have stayed at a different place each time, but we will absolutely be staying at Grenoble House every time in the future. The location is great, the place itself is incredibly cute, and the staff is absolutely amazing! We felt so taken care of during our stay. We cannot wait to come back!
Feb 25, 2025 · Alex IngleWe rented the 2 bedroom suite, for our girls trip. I loved the amount of space we had everything was clean, the courtyard was beautiful and the street noise was minimal. I liked that no one entered the hotel without being buzzed in from the front desk. The downside to this hotel is they have no elevator and no one to assist with bags, so 3 woman in there 60's trying to tote luggage up 3 flights of stairs was not something we planned for. Also the water pressure was nearly non existent. Would definitely book here again but only if they have rooms available on a lower level.
