Coffee was excellent and they had my creamer I use at home. Breakfast was OK. I was late to the game, I’m sure it would have been better if I’d gotten there earlier. Potatoes were too spicy for me. It was college grafuation weekend. The price for one night was ridiculous. We luckily had CC points. But it was more than double. It’s pet friendly and I was not aware. Someone’s dog was barking at 6:30am. Maybe an area away from the hotel would be better. They had some bags in the room for graduation, water and candy I think. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. King bed with pullout sofa.

May 21, 2025 · Kimberly SantoroWe got there late one night on a rainy night in February. Little hard to find in the dark, it's out back of the businesses on main St. It was well worth the search, looked like a new Hotel, very clean, easy access from parking lot to the door or rooms. The night concierge was the most helpful person we've encountered in our whole trip this winter. We were trying to figure out who would deliver door dash, she suggested some good food places, helped us order it and when it arrived delivered the bag to our room. We very much appreciated the extra help as we were very tired and very hungry. The breakfast the next morning was hot and there was a big variety of eggs, sausage, home fries, toast, bagels assorted pastries, fresh fruit and even hot oatmeal. Great hot coffee, juices milk & 1/2&1/2, we will stay at this one again on our next trip.
Feb 26, 2025 · MichelleVery friendly, helpful and professional staff. Management eagerly ensures accommodations are flawless. The lobby, breakfast area and gym are always clean and organized. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There is ample parking. Comfortable and reliable lodging when visiting the Northampton and Amherst area.
Dec 10, 2024 · J. DeCourcyNo padding in room under carpet and upstairs room was so loud with people walking but sounding like elephants late at night and then 7am in the morning. Shower did not drain. TV so few channels available. Coffee downstairs too watered down in the morning.
Apr 28, 2025 · DThe staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms could use a bit of an uplift. The toilet runs and is not really installed properly. Also, the faucet delivers very cold water of very hot, there is no mix.
