My wife and I met our friends here and stayed one night. We were in town for a showing of a documentary-short at the River Run International Film Festival. The valet, front desk, and other staff were all cordial, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well maintained and modern. My wife is blind and travels with a guide dog. All the employees were appropriate around the dog and asked all the right questions and did not try to interact with the dog. The breakfast buffet was also very well stocked and the selection was great. One thing I’ve seen on some other reviews was issues with the parking. Our experience was fine, we were told to park in the disabled spot near the front door. The valet even brought out a luggage cart for us. Overall, our short stay was very good!

Apr 19, 2025 · Andrew MooreHotel: 5 stars, Parking: 0 stars Our room was excellent, location was great, and the staff was very friendly. However, I'm leaving 2 stars because of the valet service. Our van was broken into at some point during our stay and over $100 worth of things were taken from our vehicle (battery jump pack, change, candy and other small items). Hotel and valet company have done nothing to reimburse us despite multiple phone calls. The valet company they use is called Prime Parking Inc. Look up their website and reviews before you consider booking this hotel. The valet service is an automatic charge, but I would seriously recommend paying to park your car in one of the other nearby garages.
Jan 27, 2025 · Zack ButlerI've been a diamond member for several years, and here they treat you like someone who has never stayed with Hilton before at all. It's downtown, so what little parking there is is valet only. I'm a Sr citizen and disabled veteran and was told even handicapped parking has to pay for valet service. I was also told by a valet attendant that a new company was taking over, and now you have to pay up front instead of at the end of your stay. Also, I was not offered the "goodie bag" when I checked in and had to ask for it. Then, when they offered me two items, they acted as though they were doing me a favor. I have stayed at other Hilton branded hotels and gotten way more. This only way I will stay here again is if the other Hilton properties are full.
Mar 04, 2025 · Tab BrownMy daughter’s dance studio stayed in January and the staff was amazing to help us have close together rooms. Misty in the valet did an amazing job of getting all of our cars parked as quickly as possible since there was a snow storm going on. She stayed calm and was polite and efficient.
Feb 15, 2025 · Katie HobbsMy stay at the hotel was delightful, and I've already left a review for the business that I felt was the main issue, but I feel like I should post this here to advise hotel guests to park elsewhere. The owner of this business, I think his name is Harrington, brought my car around for me and when he handed me the keys and I got in the car, it honestly smelled like hot death in there. I do not know what could have caused this and normally I wouldn't stoop so low as to post a review of this nature, but the smell lingered. For days. I'm not sure the nature of events that took place in my car but I felt that I had to have the seats professionally cleaned when I got home, just to rectify some of the aromatic damage that had been done to the interior. I've now sold the car at this point, and I'm not looking for any kind of compensation for this incident, I just feel like other people should know the risk.
