Got to hotel a couple days later and realized I had screwed up the dates. Talked with Hilton support and they said they'd refund me. I think they were just lying to get me off the phone. Never got refund. Called to ask and corporate just put me on hold for half hour, I think trying to get me to just hang up. Then without warning, transferred me to the hotel branch who was confused and said I have to talk with corporate. Rock bottom support screwing their customers.

It is nice to come to a place you already know. The location is great with a Harris Teeter as a neighbor. You can walk to the Union Station or Noma Station. The indoor pool is good to keep kids entertained. The jacuzzi is dirty full of hair and debris. Every time we came it was dirty. It is also missing usb plugs. Many hotels have lamps with usb plugs now. It would have been a nice addition. I am are very peculiar about bathrooms. I like to do my business in a quiet place, take my own time and have nobody complaining about smells. So their bathrooms in the second floor are barely used and always amazingly cleaned. Everything is cleaned and well kept except the jacuzzi. Their second level where the restaurant is have seating area. It is well decorated, clean and new. The gym has good equipment. Their laundromat looks to be working and machines look new. The room and reception staff is great. We would have breakfast here if it was cheaper but you need to charge what you need to charge. We used ParkHero and parked our car 5 minutes down the road. This hotel is great!!! Will keep coming back!

From the first night, the bathroom sink was making loud noises, and the AC system followed with even crazier sounds, making it impossible to sleep. We reported the issues and requested a room change, but were told they had to follow a procedure first. Later, they claimed the hotel was fully booked and couldn't move us. On the final night, they finally fixed the AC, but then the bathroom sink backed up. To make matters worse, I later found unauthorized charges on my credit card for items we never purchased. The only redeeming part of our stay was one of the front desk managers who genuinely tried to help and resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to salvage the experience. I will not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Check-in was promptly at 4 PM, and the rooms were spotless, with cozy beds that ensured a restful night. Just a 5min walking distance at NoMa station. There's a nearby supermarket downstairs. Overall, a fantastic experience—we'd happily recommend it to others!
