May 17, 2025 · Michael BlairStayed for three nights in early May. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and very accommodating, allowing us to check in early, and they gave us a late check out after our flight home was moved back 5 hours. The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lobby area during our stay, but it was fine. We had a 10th floor room with spectacular bay views. The rooms were recently updated and comfortable, and the mini fridge was COLD. The hotel was a bit of a walk compared to other hotels, but not so far it was inconvenient. They have a shuttle but we did not use it. Overall a great stay!
May 10, 2025 · Bree BarberCame here for a Valentines trip with my boyfriend. Was told beforehand by staff and the website to "Pardon our appearance" along with instructions to enter the building due to remodeling happening in the lobby. What we WEREN'T told is that power tools and hammers were going to sound like it was coming from the room next to us at 8am on valentines morning. (We were on the third floor) After talking with the front desk associates, it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of compensation for the disturbance. Eventually they moved us up the 11th floor after we denied two free breakfast passes. The staff was nice and well mannered, but it did not feel like they were willing to provide what we deserved. We were satisfied by the end of our stay, but there should be procedures in place for these types of issues. Also, maybe don't put guests on the floor right above the construction site? The shuttle service was great, Alex (the driver) was very attentive and courteous. However, because of renovations we couldn't enter through the front door. We had to walk down hill into the parking garage, which was very icy and I actually slipped and hurt my back. If my boyfriend was not there to catch me it could have been a serious injury. Overall the hotel cleanliness was up to par, the rooms were nice, and so was the view. They just need to put more effort into being aware of where they place guests during the remodel.
Feb 15, 2025 · heyyynicole !Overall this was a decent 2 night stay. The room we booked was huge and had a nice view of the bay. The bed was also extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately there were some negatives though. The heat in the room was very inconsistent- sometimes it was freezing and blowing out cold air and other times it was too hot. Also the hotel was going under renovations, which normally isn’t a huge deal, but we weren’t told of this until after we already booked the room and received confusing instructions on how/where to park. Not very convenient. The pool was also freezing and the sauna did not work. I also would not recommend purchasing the breakfast that is offered as I did not feel like it was worth it.
Feb 27, 2025 · Holly McCarrollThis hotel was extremely clean and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee was excellent. The pool was a little chilly, but my daughter didn’t mind. Richard at the front desk was the sweetest. He was very accommodating, friendly and amazing at his job! We will be back :)
