It's very rare that I post reviews, but this stay warranted a great review. Not only were the rooms incredibly clean and far had more amenities than the average hotel suite, but the bedding (linens, mattress, pillows) were like a dream. Breakfast was excellent; multiple hot and cold breakfast choices. The real best part? The staff. Shout out to Dawn for her welcoming and kind service (she was the first face we saw and the last - she was wonderful to us!) and Michael for his lovely hospitality. These two dedicated employees deserve to be recognized as the does the rest of the staff for making our stay so comfortable and impeccably clean. Excellent representation of the Hilton Honors program. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Feb 18, 2025 · Ann-Marie LiberatoreThe room itself was great - it was like an effeciency with a fridge/coffee maker/microwave and even had plates/coffee mugs/utensils. We could clearly hear the phone conversation of the man in the room next to us. The bathroom door was a sliding pocket door which was very heavy and impossible to close fully!!! The pool was closed but seemed to be in working order. Included breakfast items were mostly processed and lacked in variety. Staff were friendly and helpful and directed us to the restaurant across the street for their Sunday Brunch.
Apr 11, 2025 · Kelly StoyakThis hotel is one of the BEST hotels, family-friendly, kids friendly and (may be pet friendly too). The manager Mr. Steven is an awesome person, very warm and kind. The employees are quite good and friendly. Laura's Bar &Grill is just opposite to the hotel and you can walk into it for lunch and dinner. The hotel is newly built, has a pool, laundry area and a gym. They have good coffee (24/7) and a nice breakfast. Safe place to stay with family and friends. Whenever we visit RI, this is the only place we always stay.
Jan 03, 2025 · Sakhila Banu AroshI've stay here for a long period of times cause of my work i never had issues rooms a spacious no noise big parking space gas station on the front 18 minutes from providence overall one of the best hotel I've stay
May 13, 2025 · christopher vargasSpent a night here, I was kind of back and forth on whether I liked it or not. The bed is comfortable, the TV and appliances are nice. It looks like there might have been a remodeling recently? AC doesn't get really cold but it works good enough in October. In general my room is pretty clean. Found it kind of odd that they only gave you three pillows? Water pressure in shower was abysmal. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear everything outside in the hallway and I the adjacent rooms.. I guess what I like so much was the fact that the bed was comfortable. Who is supportive without being too firm... No one had cleaned the ice container but had no problem putting a fresh new plastic bag inside of it.. by the time we got it it was moldy or at least look like something that resembles black mold. We have to go down to the front desk to get another one and they gave us another one. I suppose on a Friday you can expect it to be busy.... but people laughing and yelling and talking outside for almost 2 hours up until midnight is a bit much. He person above us stomps and walks around alot and slams things on the ground... Room 306 was right outside the elevator and the elevator not only plays a bell when it reaches my floor but it plays a chime every single floor it gets to... Obnoxious! If you're going to put an elevator in a hotel you should definitely make sure that it's quiet... As much as I felt comfortable in the bed compared to the last few hotels I've been to, it doesn't make up for everything else.
