I had to make some zoom calls and that was not an issue at all. One issue: The website states that there is a continental breakfast served daily. Yet booking sites state that they don't. And there is a big notice that the city of NY has prohibited them from serving breakfast. I found it a very sad state of affairs, other hotels do offer breakfast...

It's accessible to everything from train, food, stores, Queens bridge and also the bus and etc. The staff was very helpful with any questions. No one bothers you they also have a no room service sign. The best felt very soft and comfy. Peace and quiet pretty much. 5 star.

The front desk staff, whom I most appreciated, is very friendly and accommodating. A convenient and economical choice for short-term and business stays.

(A little bit of trash) Also it was not clean behind the bathroom door. The staff is super nice, this is why i didn’t give 4 Stars. PS: we got a discount by paying with cash, consider asking.
