We enjoyed our stay here so much! The customer service was amazing. Tangela, BB, and Sonia were wonderful. They all helped us with everything from figuring out the Subway system to calling us taxis to the airport. Wonderful service all around! The hotel was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and I feel like we really got a great night’s sleep here. The neighborhood doesn’t have a whole lot to do but you are only about a block from a subway station so overall the location is good. I would definitely stay here again!!

Afterwards I wanted to ask for a statement regarding previous reviews and the comments about this hotel being a shelter for women and homeless. None of the e-mail addresses provided on the websites imprint or Facebook page are valid. I get a delivery failure after sending. Do not book this hotel!! I don’t know if it even exists but Choice Hotel is not reachable via Mail or Phone which is absolutely unprofessional, dubious and not acceptable under no circumstances!
Jan 03, 2024 · Michaela FruthGreat staff, alright rooms (not dirty, but our door jams easily and there are a few stains on the wall), clean bathrooms, and prompt service. We got our room an hour before check-in which was a nice surprise. Breakfast at this establishment is definitely nothing to write home about. You would be better off going to the coffee shop around the corner or eating downtown. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we will definitely be back for another visit next time we're in the city.

Would have scored a 5 , but we had to keep asking for enough bath linens for the room. Super easy walk to the subway and a grocery store is literally out the front door and a few steps walk so we stocked up on. Snacks and drinks for our room fridge.
Aug 15, 2016 · Kelley McCoyStayed here in early August. We got there early (around 11am) but were able to be checked in before the official 3pm check in time, which was a plus. We had a room on one of the higher floors so we had a good view of the city. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast isn't anything fabulous but it does its job. F train is only 1 block away which was a huge plus. The neighborhood isn't the best but as long as you aren't out at odd hours, it won't be too bad. I definitely enjoyed my experience here (as did my family). If I ever visit NYC again, I would want to stay here.
