I give 4 stars solely because of the noise coming from outside, The window overlooks the towers of New York, stunning at night. a spacious room with an old air conditioner but works great, a new TV and all the necessary accessories! The toilets are very clean and designed in the modern and new way of today! In short, excellent value for money!

Jul 05, 2022 · Melanie SFairly decent hotel. Cold A/C, large clean room for NYC. Really great location and price can't be beat! Below average, unhelpful customer service. Want a late checkout, say an hour? Forget about it. It'll cost you $20 per hour. Overall, we would consider this again as there are two subway stops close by, the neighborhood is nice, there are several bodegas, bagel joints and a grocery store within easy walking distance.
May 30, 2022 · Drake MaxwellMy main problem with this hotel is that even on "smoke free rooms" the stench of Smoke (Marijuana or normal) is there. It's almost overwhelming. Sure you have large rooms, but they're fairly empty.. one side gets a nightstand, the other... Nothing. Had to resort to using the ironing board as a nightstand. Also the walls are not soundproof. You could hear the neighbors laughing and yelling throughout the night, making sleeping extremely difficult. They did come and clean every day which was at least something. The restroom is the only thing I quite liked. Nearest subway was the F line about a 10 minute walk.

Had a quite strong smell of some sort of cleaning solution. The beds and pillows are okay. Overall, quite clean. good choice for a short NYC trip.

The location can't be beat compared to other similar properties in the area; it is very close to 3 train stations, delis, restaurants, laundry, all steps away. Request a room on the north side and you will have total silence. I have stayed here a total of about 15 days.
