A good deal for the price. The rooms were pretty tiny, but clean and comfortable enough. The location is nothing special -- not a particularly great neighborhood, but not a bad one, either. It's not too long a walk to the nearest subway, and it's a pretty quick trip into Manhattan from there, so it's still a pretty good deal. We had some strange issues with our reservations (through Priceline) but the staff helped us resolve them quickly, so props to them for the good service. Rooms have fridges, decent mattresses on the beds, and nice internet-connected TVs. One downside is that the rooms are NOT very well soundproofed and some of the other guests in the hotel were pretty noisy. Still, for the price, I'd stay there again.

Oct 01, 2022 · R. Michael BurnsThe staff are very accommodating. The hotel was recently updated so the rooms are clean, large and nice with new carpeting. Very affordable. A quick f-train ride to Times Square or Central Park. I would stay here again. Only concern would be walking through the neighborhood after dark, we took an Uber after dark as opposed to the subway.
Sep 22, 2022 · Joseph FrioIs definitely a great stay. At first I was hesitant because of the safety reviews but then I reminisce I lived in New York and this is a pretty safe place, is just that NY is like this and if you’re worried about things not looking pretty as usual, then NY is def not for you. The cleanliness wowed me and they cleaned my room every day if I put the little hanging thing that day please make up room. Is a small room so it was perfect for me because I was all by myself and wasn’t there much of the day… just to sleep. Is not a 5 star hotel but definitely a good place for the price you pay.
Nov 16, 2022 · Marlen Wallis RojasWARNING: Do NOT book here unless you want to risk your life. Very unsafe place, especially at night time. It's located at a sketchy, ghetto alley. People outside are yelling/fighting all the time. There was police called two nights in a row when I stayed because of the madness outside. Some hotel residents were also screaming and fighting all night into 3-4am. Absolutely no soundproof, so you can hear everything inside and outside. You will not be able to sleep here at all because of all the ruckus. The room itself was fairly clean but tiny. The place also reeks of weed due to others smoking. There is no closet, hangers, ironing board, or kettle. You only have a TV, microwave, and fridge. There is no chair and desk. Wifi stops working from 11pmish until early morning. Their vending machine also has no water bottle. Housekeeping also tried to come in when we had "do not disturb" sign on the door. Front desk guy wasn't too useful either. Staff needs more training. I wouldn't stay here even if it was free. Only decent thing I can say about this place was that the washroom was renovated in a mediocre manner. Everything else is a joke. I wish I could give 0 stars if I could. This place was a big mistake and would have not booked had I known this area better.
Nov 06, 2022 · JennyGood clean hotel, close proximity to trains ($30usd gets you a 7day unlimited pass which defs came in handy!) 2 of the rooms we stayed in both had a mini fridge, microwave, smart TV and cabinets, There is no room safe however. They have a coffee area on the lobby floor also! Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, enjoyed the stay we had with them.
