SpringHill Suites New York Queens

Had a really wonderful experience here Valentines Day Weekend. As we were checking in at the front desk, we were able to get anything we needed for our room, reasonably priced at the mini store which is very quaint and cute. Everything we could need including some locally sourced products were available. Rooms are great, breakfast in the morning was wonderful as well, especially for Valentine's Day. Had a wonderful spread and the communal feel almost felt like being back in college. Nice place to get some work done. The environment is conducive to creative flow, especially with a full belly and happy heart. Staff was wonderfully accommodating but most importantly the customer service cannot be ignored and is clear they pride themselves on. Out of anywhere we've been to recently, The staff went noticeably above and beyond the norm, setting a precedent others should take note of.

This place was really clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The only reason I gave it to four was because the service was slow. My best friend and I checked in around 4 PM and the line was really long and they only had two people working when we got there and then finally someone came into help. The desk is really small so there can only be a total of three people, checking guests and at a time. Other than that, our stay, there was great.

It’s an average Hotel located nearRosevelt Island. The lady at the front office named Gail who is supposed to be guest Service agent is not cooperative at all. I being a employee at Marriott I decided to stay over here, and I was having a difficulty pulling out explore form in which she absolutely denied on my face that she can’t help me, she don’t know how to do that. It literally took me 25 minutes to The rooms are clean, but the washrooms have no trash cans. They provide a complimentary breakfast, which has a quite decent spread, but since they have a limited seating option, so it is always very crowded.

The staff here is delightful; from Check In into the room that was assigned they took care of me as a guest. The food for breakfast was OK ranging from scrambled eggs to breakfast potatoes to bacon. The room was a pretty good size for a room in New York. The location does not have much parking around if you are not valeting but overall the experience was worth it.

Beautiful hotel and interior scenery in the lobby, the breakfast was good and fresh, although it could be a little crowded on a busy day but that’s understandable. Also they have Valet services which was perfect for me since I’m traveling with family for the holidays. The Valet Attendant Marco was very kind to me and my kids and he also helped us with all of our luggage which we really appreciated. I would recommend to a friend
