Wonderful and friendly staff and workers! A close friend and I stayed at this hotel earlier this week for just one night. Overall, it was a pretty good stay albeit some bumps in the stay. The towels were kinda small, we switched rooms a few times due to minor errors in the reservations, and the television was kinda wonky at times but honestly, a lot of it is minor given the price point and service. The complimentary pastries in the morning were delicious, and the customer service was phenomenal. The lady at the front desk on Monday late afternoon was super friendly, accommodating, and really went above and beyond to correct errors/issues we had. I wish I had gotten her name because she was the best. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, especially given the price, and I would stay here again.

The Nedia was very comfortable, beds were nice, room was decently spacious, everything was great! The complimentary breakfast had nice pastries and coffee. Only downside is it’s in a loud area so you’ll hear a lot of ambulance or construction. Definitely recommend though!

Standout part is the hotel staff. They are so helpful, responsive and professional. Location is not manhattan, but it’s 20-30 min away on a direct line. Ordered Uber Eats for lunch and dinner everyday, and that worked well.
