Mar 07, 2025 · production photoYou're getting what you pay for. The staff is strict about the cash deposit but they're definitely professional and I received my deposit with zero issues. The TV is locked no input via any smartphone. Bring all your own toiletries. House keeping came to my room at like 5pm to clean and I only checked in an hour earlier. Maybe that's not a big deal but me and my partner just checked in and it was a damper on our experience in ways that can't be properly expressed in a professional manner. I'd go there again but I know it's a barebones experience and frankly thats what I would expect for the price. I just upped them a star because I can't be too critical at this price point

As soon as I arrived, the room in this hotel was very small, dirty and smelly. The next day we wanted to cancel the remaining 2 nights of our booking. But the hotel still charges 1 night for cancellation. I checked in at 11 pm and checked out the next day at 11am and had to pay for 2 nights. This hotel is not worth occupying.

Poor customer service I was told to change the bed sheets myself. I couldn’t stay there the condition was deplorable! I couldn’t stay there too dirty and rude staff! The clerk refused to change the room and he had the nerve to tell me to change bedding!!! I left less than 20 minutes!!! Please it is not worth staying at this hotel even if it was for free!! The hotel refused to give me a refund!! This place is a dump stay away!!!! It needs to be closed down!!!
