Mar 21, 2025 · Matt DennyExcellent customer service. The front desk was super nice and very professional. The room was spotless. Super comfy bed/pillows. Everything in your room is included!! You get free wifi, coffee/tea, a couple of snacks, bottled water and there's a selection of board games so you can entertain yourself!! When we asked the front desk for a recommendation for dinner, they suggested this Chinese restaurant (100 Allen St) and the food was fabulous!!!! Excellent recommendation! Location was close to plenty of things to do, and if you need to go to the city, the subway is just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place!!!!!
Feb 24, 2025 · AnndeiCleanliness was one of the top qualities of this hotel, we had no issues whatsoever. It was also very wonderful that free water and coffee was offered every day. There were 2 days that the hotel offered some breakfast foods so it's really just your luck if you happen to stay when they are offering that. Just be aware that the room can be small but that's to be expected due to the neighborhood. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Lazaro in the lobby, he provided exceptional service and always had a great attitude.

Mar 24, 2025 · Shih HsiehWe stayed here two nights a week ago.Things were mostly typical, small areas they could improve upon, some things they did well. So why two stars? Well you see... after our first night my son noticed dried blood on his pillow. There was no sign that he had bled, and it was on the back of the pillow, so hey maybe somehow he had a nosebleed or coughed up a bit of blood, improbable but nothing definite. So I put the pillow on the end of the bed, very noticeable blood side up. We go out and return to the room later, guess what? Bed is made, same pillow, same bloody pillow case! I brought it out to the front desk, and the young man there apologized and replaced the pillow. Manager never followed up, maybe the front desk didn't tell him or something. Checking out, the woman at the desk didn't ask how our stay was or anything, so we just left it at that.
