I would encourage you to read the other reviews about service. As appealing as the prices may be, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!! The reception staff are not the most friendly people. They ensure that they start and end your stay with on a really bitter note. When going for a lower cost hotel you expect to get less in terms of offering but I don’t feel because I have not paid top dollar, I should be treated like trash. Honestly I would recommend you all take your business elsewhere. Even if you pay a little bit more, it’s worth it. The location in China town is also not ideal and you end up being quite far from a lot of places.

Mar 26, 2025 · Vaibhav VermaThe rooms are very small, not ideal for more than 2 people maximum or people bringing a large amount of luggage. The front desk staff was not that nice or helpful. However, the location is decently close to a subway entrance so that is quite nice. Note that if you are a very light sleeper, you will hear the subway crossing the manhattan bridge very regularly.
Mar 24, 2025 · redpotato86Hotel was in a good location. Beautiful view of the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge. Also really close to Chinatown. Check in and check out were easy. Room was very small. Shower tiles had black mold. We were put in the room right at the elevator and stairs so we heard every one coming in and out since the walls were so thin. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and we then realized it was a BOX SPRING with a thin cheap foam mattress topper.
Feb 19, 2025 · Amy TranAfter spending four nights in regular conditions (the windows don’t insulate properly, and it gets cold at night) in a room for four people, we quickly realized it wasn’t ideal for bringing much luggage. If all four suitcases are left on the floor, you practically have to levitate to move around the room. On the last day, we left our bags in the storage area, as is common in most hotels. However, we were charged $6 per item (a total of $36) simply for arriving a few minutes late to pick them up. The staff showed very little understanding or flexibility regarding the situation.
Jan 23, 2025 · Ramón Cruz IrimiaLocated near Chinatown and a subway station, which takes about 20 minutes to reach Midtown. The Manhattan Bridge is very close, but during our stay, we didn’t have any issues with noise from traffic. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is adequate. The breakfast is simple. The room is a good size for 2 people; any more than that might be a problem. The staff at reception was kind, but the others were generally not very patient. The breakfast was simple—neither bad nor good. We had a problem with the toilet flush handle, but it was fixed the next day. Housekeeping was basic; they only made the beds and changed the towels, but didn’t seem to clean the room properly. There was no minibar, and the telephone wasn’t working, so we had to go to reception for information and to report the issue with the toilet handle. We asked to store our luggage after checkout, and they charged us for that.
