This is a really cute, minimalist, modern hotel located right next to Times Square. The convenience of parking across the street is unbeatable in New York City. I absolutely loved the modern decor, including the dark-colored walls and bed, which gave the room a sleek, contemporary feel. The thin streaks of light peeking from behind the doors in the hallway and behind the bed in the room added a subtle yet striking touch to the ambiance. The multiple large mirrors, the modern bathroom, and the cozy sitting areas throughout the hotel further enhanced the overall experience. Although the hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, it didn’t detract from my stay. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. ♥️

Dec 12, 2024 · En JayBooked this hotel for 2 nights. Entire stay was a DISAPPOINTMENT. No hot water for 2 days and our room was cold (heat was on but temp not going up). When we asked the front desk, they only said they were aware of the situation and had someone working on it. We weren't able to shower for those 2 days because the water was ice cold. We literally had to get hot water from their water dispenser at the lobby to make it lukewarm so that we can at least wash our face and brush our teeth. The staffs were really nice and were able to give us portable heater for our room, at least. No place to hang coats/jackets other than the two tiny hooks on the wall, which I think were meant for picture frames (not even for clothes). The room was dusty and the floor was dirty. The bottom of our slippers were dusty and black. The room that we got was really expensive for these things to happen, especially on our entire stay. We didn't even get any compensation, other than our request for the portable heater. I just hoped that they had like a back-up solution or something to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
Dec 17, 2024 · Diana BoladasIt was a wonderful stay with such a good location and staff. They have early check in available, but also the option of leaving ur luggage there, which gives good time to go explore while you wait. There is a $200 deposit. Rooms were very spacious and house keeping came every morning to provide whatever needed. Now the only bad thing we encountered was the last day and a half of no hot water. It was perfect until it wouldn’t turn hot at all, only ice cold. Big turn off for wanting to come back sadly. Other than that, amazing stay and I still do recommend!
Dec 24, 2024 · abbeyDon’t let the negative reviews scare you. One bad day does not make for a terrible hotel. My only wish is the rooms had microwaves and a bit more shelving in the bathroom but other than that it was great. My friend and I had a wonderful stay, the staff was incredibly kind and all hotel amenities worked just fine.
Feb 11, 2025 · Alana MartinezTerrible experience—Avoid at all costs I did not stay at this hotel and still have not received my refund. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lady screaming and cursing on the phone about an issue. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, she rudely informed me that there was no hot water or heating, and guests were not being allowed into their rooms. She said maintenance was working on the problem. When I returned at 4 PM for check-in, another staff member informed me that the issue was still unresolved and they were offering free cancellations. He assured me that my refund had already been processed. However, it has now been 22 days, and I have yet to receive it. Orbitz has tried to contact the hotel with no success. I have personally called 126 times, and every single call has been hung up on. This behavior is completely unacceptable and an inhumane way to treat customers. Avoid this place at all costs.
